I'm surprised it wasn't noticeable the first go around, but by the look of your Flaccid shaft, you definitely chose the thick route, and further reaffirms my theory (that Circumcision area is just not cooperating, so additional filler may migrate during the post-op stage). The good news is that if you go for **strictly a Revision appointment and don't ask for anymore Girth.** You can get this specific aesthetic matter (mostly, if not entirely) resolved without any major invasive work (I can speak to that since it worked for me). The reason I advise against more Girth is that you may only deal with the problem again, even if it was successfully corrected. And I should also mention the potential of ending up with a Flaccid *PIB* (pig-in-the-blanket) effect, and if you already experience any degree of it now, more Girth will simply make *PIB* more frequent and prominent.
