If I could make a recommendation don’t wear underwear at all I promise you’ll feel so much better I feel amazing I never wear briefs at all anymore and man it hangs and is always full boxers kinda constrict you and honestly I hang in public I wear baggy sweats but man trust me you’ll feel amazing just giving a before and after for yall if you want me to upload other angles let me know. Trust me I had many questions and was trying to find people with similar stats as me.

When I started I was uniform 4.9 Girth and 3.5 Flaccid Girth

I got 21cc of 30% I wanted to focus on the Girth aspect as far as for aesthetic I can always go back for touch ups but I honestly might do 1 more round to get just a tad bit more my goal was
5.5 neck
5.8-6 mid shaft
6.3 base

Hey Stan! glad you’re feeling good. Maybe start your own topic? You seem to be enjoying posting about your journey and results and there’s clearly interest among other members. I think everyone would benefit from you making a new topic where you can collect all your updates and keep a clear record of your progress rather than dropping them here piecemeal. I’m obviously not an authority on forum etiquette or anything. Just my two cents.

Three weeks and one day out and things are looking much better. I still have a rubbery protuding band around the bottom and right side of my base but it’s way smaller than before. All my injection sites seem to have healed fully and there doesnt seem to be much if any residual swelling.

Erect Girth measurements have been holding steady for a few days at 5.5 base, 5.25 MS and just a hair over 5 at the circ line. There are some imperfections in the overall shape but nothing I care about or consider serious other than the band on the underside. The rest will easily be evened out with some touchups. I really wish my glans was able to take more HA because I think it looks small for the shaft but it has a nice taper so it’s not too bad. Id love to get some more volume in the neck area between circ line and glans to reduce the ditch.

My Erect length is still down by 0.25 to 0.75” depending on EQ. I want that length back for sure but I can’t say I’m that bothered since it seems likely to return on its own and it’s not super noticeable.

Dr. M cleared me for “gentle sex” after this week which is exciting news. I still plan to schedule a consult with Rejuvall in a month or two to get a second opinion on the band and inform my choices going forward but I anticipate returning to Avanti in June for a second round focused on mild size gains and aesthetics, and to let them take a crack at fixing the band as much as possible.

lol I feel I may have loss a lil length as well sometimes probably due to the EQ and can you feel the filler in the shaft or did yours start to harden up if so what’s it feel like? Also do you have the touch up price I’m thinking bout going again possibly down in July

I haven’t noticed any hardening. Quite the opposite, it feels nice and soft Flaccid but firm when Erect. It seems to get more natural feeling every day.

Good to hear things are getting better for you. I think I'm on the same timeline as you which makes sense since we went in on the dame day.

I have a ridge on the bottom right too that has gotten a bit smaller but is definitely still there. I also have sort of a ring around the base which is thicker than the rest of the shaft (seems like you have this too). When I'm Erect it feels a bit lumpy and not totally cylindrical like it used to but it's not super drastic. I think I'll also go back for a touch up at some point to see if we can get the ring to transition more smoothly and to see if they can break up some hard spots/nodules. Definitely going to try to minimize how long I wear the bandage this time, as I think that might be what causes the ring at the base.

In any case, looks like things have settled down quite a bit both down there and emotionally for both of us which is good. This process is definitely a bit of a roller coaster, glad to be finally off it lol.

Right there with you on all that. What I have now is more or less a squishy, somewhat rubbery bulge around the underside and right side of the base where Dick skin meets scrotum. Right where my pinky goes when I’m masturbating. It makes for a weird grip. It’s not nearly as firm or big as it was tho. And if I squish it down it stays reduced for a while afterward which makes me think it’s still partly fluid retention. My wife commented on the bulge but my other partner didn't until I asked. Neither was bothered but it’s definitely there.

The bulge is actually too thick to fit a standard condom over just by unrolling. It gets stuck when it reaches the hump. I have to stretch condoms and pull them down over the hump. Not ideal. I don’t know if it’s permanent but I noticed when I didnt unroll the condom over the hump and just let it stop before the hump, it left an indented ring around my shaft where the unrolled band was. It went away after an hour but i sure hope this isn’t going to happen every time.

Regardless of the problems and scares I’ve had, an extra 0.75” to 1” in Girth is an incredible feeling. It looks and feels and works great. this is the first time in my life I could use a standard size condom and have the fucking thing actually fit. I had to use snug fits before and even those sometimes slipped off. I am willing to go through the process of traveling for Kenalog shots or additional filler to make it less of a bulge and more of a ramp.

It is weird bc Avanti doesnt inject in the underside so this is definitely migration probably caused by too much product and too tight of a wrap. Thats my best guess.

I’m encouraged by the journeys others have described with this issue. It seems like we have what they had. My inflammatory response just made it far more extreme at first. Im hopeful that with time and additional aesthetics focused sessions I’ll get to a place i feel fully good about.

Length update - the more I get hard and use it, the closet i get to my previous full length. I have no doubt it will all come back in the next few weeks.

Yeah it's funny, I basically got the exact same results as you. About .75"-1" of Girth, same ridge as you have, same issue with condoms not going over it. My best guess is also that it's a combination of too much filler and too tight of a wrap, which pushes all the excess filler out to the base. Also the skin a the base of my shaft has stretched a LOT and now I have pubic hair going up a lot higher into my shaft.

Strange that we went in the same day and got the same result, which I hadn't seen much of beforehand. But at least we're in this together lol. Going to reach out to Avanti and maybe Carney to see what our options are as far as touchups go.

Let’s continue to keep each other informed and coordinate where possible. I’m curious to hear if Carney and Morales give you the same responses they gave me.

I think if this uncommon side effect happened to two patients in one day it suggests a correlation rather than user error or anatomical particularities. If Ian’s wrap or the doc’s choices caused or exacerbated the issue Avanti needs to address it. They don’t really guarantee their work the way Rejuvall does but they have an obligation inform patients of potential complications like this. They never said this kind of bulge on an area they don’t inject was possible. They need to correct any issues they didn’t explicitly describe beyond the routine complications we all know are possible - nodules, voids, unevenness, even granulomas.

If our issue resolves great. If not they owe us a collaborative approach to correcting any mistakes.

Four weeks and a couple days in and things seem to have settled pretty well. The rubbery band at the base has continued to soften and shrink. It's like a little pillow now and only feels rubbery if I press into it with my fingers. I can feel it and see it but I'm not worried about a partner recoiling in horror anymore.

I have my next round set for 6/3. At first Dr. M said they'd address the problem areas at the base first then we could discuss further enhancement but she thought I wanted two separate visits. She said they could do both at the same time with the understanding that the additional enhancement will cause swelling again. I wrote back that if she was confident she could fix the problems and add more Girth at the same time that's my preference because I'd love to save the travel costs and time off work.

I was at 4.25 inches (10.8 cm) in Girth originally. Now I'm around 5.25 inches (13.3 cm) at the base (not counting the pillow) tapering down to just under 5 inches (12 cm) at the Circumcision line. I'd like to get to 5.5 inches (14 cm) throughout, and then add as much HA into the glans as possible so it doesn't look disproportionate.

I can tell you that I too was freaked out the first couple of weeks because of how massive my scrotum had swelled and the doughy/squishy feeling near my base. Luckily it subsided and is completely normal. And yeah, you can in fact feel the PMMA/collagen over the top of your penis when soft. But when hard, it’s rock hard and you can’t feel squat.

Just asking - does it make sense to jump back in to round 2 so soon? It sounds like you’re trying to meet goals and I get it. I would just advise that it might make sense to give it a little more time. Considering everything you went through. Just a thought. Otherwise, I hope things have settled and are enjoying your new member.

Solid suggestion, thanks! I’ll keep coordinating with the docs to make sure I’m not rushing in. it’ll be four months between sessions which is double the minimum. But if things are still settling at that point or there are any red flags my plane tickets are fully refundable.
