My point of always documenting my progress is to show you its not a set it and forget it one and done. Aftercare is very important so once i woke up with the infection i contacted my doctor with pictures to get his advice i was prescribed a steroid i then took this upon myself to add to this and create my own regimen i had a red light therapy i had ordered from amazon. ,wrap and a heating pad i uprofen then used these supplements that fight inflammation bromelain, curcumin resveratrol, ginger vit c. B complex green tea extract and drank that so i stayed home since fridays infection and massaged n heat till i got bored this has decrease the immune response along with the doctors pills. I also reached out to phallo board buddies not just for support to see if they been through this.
