I thought I did a good job massaging..My question is how long do I wait before I speak to the Dr about having them removed? At this point is there anything I can do on my own to get rid of nodules? You need to give it more time. I also went fairly recently to Rupeka and he warned us that as the bovine carrier absorbs and the colleges starts to build you are going to feel and see the unevenness and clumps. Just wait it out longer and see. I have a few spots as well so I understand and I’m trying to just let the process happen. He said if there are nodules or lumps he can take care of them using a few different ways on your second visit in 4 to 6 months, but that a lot of times they are gone or barely noticeable by that time anyway. I had 4 that were noticeable in the month after, and now I have one that I have to really look for to find.
