I was an unfortunate statistic getting an infection after round 2. Looking back there was a lot of things I did wrong in round 2. I got too relaxed on keeping area clean as possible, I also started pumping and should have sterilized pump better. I think I manipulated entry points too much worrying about nodules. End result for me was infection which I think started at entry point. Fast forward to today…. I’m now thinking about Round 3. I want to fix a small Nodule and focus on overall aesthetics. I know I have a tendency to stress and when you get an infection your mind goes straight to your Dick falling off so I’m gonna focus on controlling what I can and keeping everything clean! Starting to have flash backs of a sweet old lady having to do an ultrasound on my Dick which is comical in itself. For me, the choice is largely because my wife has enjoyed the enhancements made, but it’s still a selfish endeavor for me. My Dick is big enough, but I’ve told myself it’s my 3rd and final round. Fix my areas and be done with it all. I can use some filler at base and micro drops closer to glands on shaft above circ scar. To be honest, I’m looking forward to closing this chapter as it can feel like an endless endeavor. I can continue to keep some routine to keep my Dick healthy, but wish me luck gents. Assuming you’re talking underside? I haven’t done that in first two rounds, but some made it down in the process. Would be nice to get some on the lower sides towards base. Honestly went for slight touch up and hoping to Removal Nodule. Built up the base up a small bit which time will tell if it pans out and stays where I want it. Likely gained some nodules this go around due to having to inject in different places (again time will tell, but seeing early signs) It was hard for the doc to work through the old filler in places, but she did well. I’m not gonna stress too much yet on potential bumps. Manipulating those too much in round 2 got me the infection I’m sure of considering it was 3 weeks out. I feel the superficial stuff I can get removed local if need be or if it causes irritation later down the road. More importantly I found out something I wish I knew 2 rounds ago and that is the effects of Tamsulosin on me. Severe lower back/leg aches and chills that would come and go. I also found myself in depressive state. It cleared my system in a couple days and night and day difference. This was my personal case as I remember distinctly feeling this same feeling earlier rounds. A little research on the drug and it seems it can be a rare side effect. I would still stress to follow the protocol from Dr, but if anyone finds themselves in a similar state it’s worth noting. Very little to no swelling this go around. I figured I would get some itching by day 8, but nothing… hoping collagen will start working its magic. But as I mentioned before this was my final round of filler. And honestly probably silly to even do round 3 as I only had one small Nodule and overall good shape. But I realize I obviously have some body dysmorphia issues and I need to keep that in check. I think that is always worth mentioning here for others that struggle there as well. All the best brothers! I wanted to ask you if your Girth gains have remained stable over these 3 years? If I remember correctly your infection came after 3 weeks in the collagen phase. I always had the thought that the collagen that forms during the infection might be different. In my case the infection arrived 15 days after the procedure, it is assumed that I got infected after 10 days by calculating the incubation time of the bacterium, the collagen phase began precisely with the infection, almost 4 months have passed and I feel the PMMA very soft and I have a noticeably heavier weight than the second round as if the lymph fluid had mixed with the collagen. I don't have any hard lumps, they have the consistency of chewing gum, I wanted to ask you if you have had the same situation. I don't know who else to ask since we are part of the "rare and unlucky but also miraculous" statistic. Doctor C. told me that after an infection at least 6 months must pass before another procedure, analysis of the blood to assess the state of health and start antibiotic coverage in advance which will last for the entire post-treatment period, I think for 2 weeks. I’m not ready to face another procedure to correct the aesthetic problems but I would like to feel confident that my hard-earned gains are still present after 3 years. I had a very natural look even after infection IMO. but it’s still in the air if that last round was worth it. I’m still not 100% out of the woods the way I look at it as something still can happen when I have decreased blood flow in that area. The doc told me the biggest issues is not having those blood vessels to clear infection, but I feel those grow in over time. I do remember it took some time to get the feeling of my penis back to normal as far as firmness, but it got there. I hope this helps!
