Week 8 update:

Still holding at:
5.9” at circ scar
6.1 mid shaft
6.5 base

Got a little more length back but still down some. Going to start a stretching routine to he’ll get back some length. I’ve also put on some weight since the last time I measured before the procedure so maybe Ive just gotten fat. Going to get back into an exercise routine for the new year.

The clump on the right side of my circ scar is still there and still feels a little “grainy” when I rub it. I’m thinking that will need to be addressed by the doc when I go back.

The one on the top middle of the shaft is barely noticeable now. I think more material around it will even it out nicely.

Same for the one at the base of the right side. It’s more noticeable than the top middle but still feels like it will even out nicely.

Wife has adjusted to the new size and wants even more Girth. She really loves feeling full and it’s very obvious to me much more vocal she is, how easily she cums, and how she now cums multiple times during sex. I wanted to be close to 7” Girth originally based on some toys we have that she likes. She is now on board for that size or even bigger if the doc thinks it’s safe.

Depending on what the doc says about the clump near my circ scar, I’ll decide how many syringes to get round 2. I want to avoid another clump or making the one I have worse if it can’t be broken up.

So let‘s say you gained Around One 1 inch, right ?

Is it fair to say: When I do now 10 syringes (only want to address the underside in a last session) - I will gain 0,25 inch ? (Since you had 40 syringes)

These days I m very undecided. With Dr Rupeka I ll finish my whole Pmma-journey with doing also my underside.
Reason: I m much more wide in girth than tall.
(Same like your @SharkD )

I m „scared“: When I ll do too much filler - I ll need more sessions to correct some issues. (The more filler - the more risk for irregularities).
On the other side: I m worried - when I do too less - I ll have no gain at all.

Probably best to have Rupeka look and tell you what he thinks after you tell explain what you are trying to achieve. I gained an average of 0.75 Inch getting 40 syringes. I think 10 or 15 on just the bottom would get a pretty large gain in size there if the doc can do it.

Now after 8 weeks: You can tell better which amount you got on your underside in your case? Is 1/4 realistic?

I mean you can easily feel / pinch that. Especially when Flaccid.

Can you never go in a hot tub again for the rest of your life? Or was it just after the procedure?

For sure you can. Every vagina is hotter than a hot tub.

It’s just a couple of weeks of no hot tub.

When do you plan on getting 2nd round?

Plan on going back mid April.

What was starting Erect Length just curious for shots to Girth ratio thanks

I completed my round two with Rupeka almost a month ago now. I decided to go ahead and get 60 syringes this round.

Girth results right now:
Circ scar 6.5”
Mid shaft 6.7”
Base 7.25”

I’ve been hoping to see a little more growth from collagen build up but it never really happened this round. This time I was at my largest right after the procedure and just lost a little bit of size as the swelling went down.

Results look great so far. I have a couple small bumps that I notice but the wife doesn’t at all. She really enjoys the new size especially the base Girth. Once it’s in all the way (takes a lot of lube and some time) she goes nuts.

So far very happy even though I was hoping for just a bit more after this round. I’ll post a few pics later when I’m on my laptop.

Awesome update, any possibility he does the glans? And does he also remove small nodules?

Been debating to see him or go to Rejuvall since they said they will do underside as well

Everything’s been going well and still holding at the same measurements. Really happy overall with the results. I have one small Nodule on the left side of my circ scar that I’m hoping will fade with time. The one I had on the right side after round one is has either been covered up during round two or Rupeka was able to break it up. Either way I don’t notice it anymore.

Might go back in a year to even things up a bit, but am happy for now where everything’s at.
