From the info I got from Avanti to what I read on here. [ @Texas](https://www.j4.phalloboards.info/forum/profile/6380043-texas.html) had wonderfully helpful thread. Just a note on why (looking great, by the way!). Because there are different formulations of filler and because each injector has their own technique, the way you want to do aftercare is going to vary based on those factors and your own individual anatomy. Right now I’m at about 5.5” Flaccid all the way up. 5.75” to 5.9” (base and mid shaft) with about 5.5” around my circ scar Erect. I have a noticeable indention on the right side that looks like a thumb grip. My insertion points are pretty noticeable by touch right now with the two on the right pretty visible when I’m Erect. Erect length is almost back to normal. Trying on condoms was an interesting experience and I can now fit a Magnum and Magnum XL comfortably. I never thought I would be here! I’m already in the process of planning my next round in February with Avanti. The argument I have seen is that the imbalance of PMMA pushing the penis out horizontally takes away from the internal pleasure centers for a woman, namely g-spot and clitoral stimulation where vertical pressure will stimulate those spots more effectively. I actually like the argument, personally, makes sense to me, however, I just don’t need it for my wife. I’ve stayed at this size cause I didn’t have enough Dick to go up a size HA HA HA HA! My girlfriend and playmates like the curved barbell way better since all they can feel is the two ball ends rather than the awkwardness of the horseshoe. I wear it for me.
