This was my first HA procedure, and went from about 12cm to 14.5cm at thickest and so far happy with the procedure. At this point I'm now seriously considering whether I would want to go for PMMA once the HA has dissipated. Wanted to give an Update . I went yesterday to get 5cc more in Omaha to doctor Mikaela. Amazing time and this time my wife came along. The doc had an assistant today and she was in charge of pulling my penis out so we could really fill up the base so it looked even when I was hard. We did 4cc at the base and 1cc in the middle of the shaft. We continued to do volume xc which should last 2 years. This will be the last time I do this till next November. I'm hoping that it doesn't dissolve much in 1 year and that 5cc will be enough to add to it so that not only it makes up for the dissolving but also I gain a Lil. I am now 4x5 soft and 6x 5.5 Erect . I'm extremely impressed that I haven't noticed ANY dissolving since November. Consider these questions 1. Are you in a relationship? If not consider getting bigger now because its harder to hide the procedure once you are in. 2. Consider condoms. You really can't go over 6 inches or 15.5 CM and wear a condom. The HA is too mushy. Only My size 72, One 64 and mister size 69 will work. SO DONT go bigger if you cant get those condoms and you want to find a new girl 3. I've been both sizes with the same girl. Difference didn't really matter for her please. She is big. 4. your glans doesn't look that big in these pictures and it looks pretty natural now. 5. You will lose some volume over time. Do you want to try gaining some length? Once that happens, the body begins to reabsorb the shaft skin, making the penis shorter. For anyone looking at PE, this needs to be a factor kept front of mind. So many men have wasted thousands of dollars on procedures that failed or whose gains were lost as a result of an untreated fat pad. I know fat pad Removal means a more expensive procedure and more down time, but it's completely worth it in the long run to do it right the first time. And regardless of whether one decides to make their member bigger, a fat pad still needs to be addressed regardless in order to avoid dartos detachment and shortening later in life. Just my 2 cents. So essentially you are saying added weight due to fillers will eventually result in a shorter penis if you do not take care of a fat pad that is present? I would recommend just waiting a few months. Try some lengthening see how the filler redistributes and use the session to even things out. Do you care how natural it will look? Mine looks a bit less natural but not much. at 6 than 5.5. You can try the lengthening protocol I developed. If found after gaining length my aesthetics were actually somewhat improved as the HA redistributed around the base.
