I had round 1 done with Dr. Rupeka in Ohio 3 months ago. 15 vials (12 cc, 20%). Really great results (See my round 1 thread for pics). Went from 5.6 to 5.875 MSEG. Now I’m visiting Dr. Morales for 15-20+ CCs of PMMA Linea. **Current stats?** BPEL: 7.25 MSEG: 5.875 **How much will I have injected?** 15-20+ CCs of PMMA Linea. Some mix of 10% and 30%, depending on the doctor's choice. **Why switch doctors?** Dr. Rupeka is amazing, but I’m now based in California, close to Avanti Derma. Due to my large starting size, I’ll need lots of PMMA injected. The low cost and higher volume at Avanti is appealing, especially if I’ll have to go for 3-4 total rounds. Less than half the cost with far less travel. After experiencing the procedure with no pain or complications, I don’t have as much fear about traveling outside the US to get it done. I'll likely return to Rupeka for a final touchup and for the bottom of the penis. **What’s my aftercare routine?** 25mg Anavar daily to stimulate collagen 12,000mg collagen daily Cialis 5-10mg daily for erections during massage Hanging with the device Avanti Derma gives me **Goal stats from this round?** MSEG: 6.25+ **End goal?** MSEG: 7 I'll post pics Thursday morning after the procedure. See before and after photos below. I’m extremely swollen, so much so that Ian (amazing guy, lives up to his reputation and more) prescribed me new meds. So my Girth will almost certainly go down. I also had PRP and Botox that could be contributing to swelling. That also probably why my length is slightly down. **Starting stats:** BPEL: 7.25 MSEG: 5.875 **Day 2 stats:** BPEL: 7.1 MSEG: 7.18 **How was the procedure?** Painless and easy. Far easier than my first procedure with Repuka, though I loved Rupeka’s thorough presentation and bedside manner. Can’t compare apples to oranges. But suffice to say I didn’t feel a thing and it was over quickly. **How is massaging?** Difficult due to the swelling. I’m massing every hour, often more. But it can be difficult to see what exactly is filler and what is swelling. Massing is also a bit painful. I hope switching to a warm compress might help. **How was patient support?** Off the charts. Had multiple follow ups with meds immediately prescribed as needed. Why that amount of filler? I left it up to the doctor to make the decision. Something that would be larger than last time (I think I could have done more as I only went up about 0.2875) but still be aesthetic. The doctor (brilliant) used 30% at the base and shaft, then 10% at the “neck” (I think this meant too area) for aesthetics and to avoid a bad outcome. I also had some minor scarring and lumping from my last PMMA round that made 10% easier there. I had a Kenalog shot in that area as well, just to make their procedure easier. But it wasn’t for aesthetics, the lump wasn’t noticeable. **Any concerns?** Just the swelling and massaging. I could have a lump penis and not know. I just hope everything settles correctly as I massage. It seems that using a Hanger leads to the filler migrating up, so I have to constantly massage it down. It’s like fighting gravity. Hanging literally every hour of the day (barring 6 hour sleep) with the light device from Avanti Derma. Still massaging, overall happy with shape. Hope there is no irregularities. I am heading back to AD for a Round 2 as well soon. Curious, what's the story on Anavar for collagen synthesis? Why that over BPC-157/TB-500? and/or HGH? Seems like HGH would be potential fit with Anavar since it is common to run HGH with anabolic steroids. I am planning on doing a BPC-157 + HGH regiment through the neocollagenesis phase, but am open to hearing about your perspective here. Being 100% honest, Anavar is just what I always have on hand for injury recover and collagen synthesis. I’m not familiar with BPC-157 and have never run it. I’ll likely buy some today if you have had success on it? Studies look convincing. I’ve heard that BPC-157 can increase collagen, but I KNOW that Anavar does (was used to heal soft tissue on burn victims, I also feel strengthening tendons etc on the compound). Anavar is the compound most bodybuilders use to heal injuries, its bro science meets many replicated studies. Unfortunately, it’s often faked and pricey. As for HGH, I’m not familiar with studies on collagen, but I would imagine it would have a similar effect. I’ve run it as a teenager to increase height. But it’s pricey and I don’t have it on hand often. Thanks for the reminder on BPC-157, I’ll add it to my stack if you’ve felt it moved the needle. Anavar might stop your natural production though, so if you’re not on TRT or blast/cruise, it might not be recommendable unless it’s a very small dose (which are still shown to be effective in collagen synthesis/soft tissue healing). So I am on 25mg of test-c daily with a typical arimidex (AI) dose to manage E2. I also take 1.5iu every morning of HGH and plan to start BPC-157 for the upcoming round 2. Given that, what would be a recommended minimum effective dose of Anavar for collagen synthesis in your opinion? I had such a positive experience at Avanti Derma, the support was excellent and the result speaks for itself. I will be going back in December for my final round to get to 7” MSEG. I’m currently 6.6” MSEG. The only issue I’m having are a few small pimple like nodules, which can be cleared up. I may also add more at the base as it’s slightly less thick (6.5) I will continue to massage the areas, but currently, I’m satisfied overall. I look forward to returning.
