I had an adult Circumcision a few months ago just for this procedure, so I’m hyped to say the least! Some questions for the forum: - Could a P-shot help my healing and outcome? I’ve heard Dr. C say this but can’t find studies. - How soon should I use an all day stretcher? - Is 20 vials (16cc) too conservative, given my starting size? - Could this affect peyronie's disease? I developed mild curving this year. It’s more noticeable when semi-hard, not so noticeable when Erect. Hardly noticeable when using viagra to improve EQ. PMMA is a depreciating asset IMO, I think it’s worth more when young and sexually active. Doing PMMA early means more years of use out of the procedure - I make adult content as a hobby so I’m held to a high standard - I don’t want to feel the need to pump before scenes or with my partner Do you think a PRP injection increases my risk of pumping/nodules or decreases it? While you’re already near the end of the bell curve, this is a tool you CAN use with more. If I knew about DHT as a teenager I would have been bathing my Dick in it, Now that we have fillers, I’m using those, and would have in my 20s without hesitation. Rupeka injected 15 vials (12cc) plus PRP. I’ve attached photos, including semi Erect pics and a POV shot while I was being injected. Dr. Rupeka was amazing. He delivered a presentation on fillers, answered all my questions, and performed the injections with incredible skill. The injection process took less than 30 minutes. No real pain, just itchiness/soreness. Flaccid length seems significantly longer, but this is likely from swelling and engorged bleeding penis. Hopefully they'll improve over time. BPEL: 7.1 (lost 0.1 inches) MESG: 5.75 (gained 0.15 inches) Base Erect: 5.75 inches (gained 0.2 inches) Day 1 and 2 looked like great gains, but I assume a lot of that was swelling. I only did 15 vials (12 CC), so I suppose that’s to be expected. But hopefully I gain more as the collagen bovine matrix dissolves. The look is very natural, no lumps or bumps. I'd expect more, though. Still early though so who knows. I do think it's useful that I've seen you and others lately paying attention to the total volume of product as well as the concentration. So where 15 x 0.8mL syringes is 12mL and only 20% of it is PMMA, that's 2.4mL of PMMA. While 15 x 1mL syringes of 30% product gives you 4.5mL of PMMA. People comparing their Bellafill results on a per-syringe basis to e.g. Linnea, it isn't going to be similar. I left it up to the expert, Dr. Rupeka. He does not over inject. 15 vials was how many he thought he could safely put in without risking a lumpy outcome. I asked him to be conservative and avoid any deformity. I would probably come back for more later anyway, and I made that clear to him. Injecting less was for the best—at 6.05 MSEG and 6.1” base, I’m nearly too big to even penetrate my GF. I think size inflation (ie dudes lying) makes guys not realize that many women can’t take extreme Girth over 6”, let alone enjoy it. My goals are less ambitious now. When I go back later for another round, it will likely be more of a touch up to get to 6.5”, or to make up for any gains I may lose in the future. But I’m very glad I got to try this larger size without committing to an even larger one. Now I have a different perspective on sizes over 6” **Q:** does collagen build up over time increasing size? Yes and no. A bovine collagen matrix (80%) and PMMA (20%) are injected. The collagen matrix injected immediately gives you major increase in size. Over time, the injected collagen matrix breaks down and is replaced by the body’s natural collagen production, stimulated by the injected PMMA beads. So I’m the doctor’s words “results improve over time”. I’m probably butchering that explanation, but that’s my understanding. I've had HA and I'm currently at 6"+ Girth but it is going down slowly. I was sitting at 6.5" maybe 6 months ago. I know for sure my wife is able to take that size. She was extremely tight at first but after a few times of having sex she was able to take it with no issues. I was going to get 30 because I'm slightly longer then you but not by much. After reading what you said in your reply it makes a lot of sense, so I'll likely dial that back to 15-20 and see what the doc thinks. I appreciate your reply!
