Hey man. Yeah only .3 inches. I actually messaged them today, but this was admittedly the first time I’d messaged them in probably half a year.

Last time I messaged I didn’t say anything about my lack of gains, but I did ask about the edges and they said they would eventually smooth out, but now it’s been a year post op and nothing has changed on that front.

As for the feeling, Flaccid doesn’t feel 100% soft as natural but it’s pretty damn close. My erections feel 100% as hard as natural.

No girl has ever said anything, but I’ve had to avoid receiving oral sex or anything that would involve a girl seeing my penis this past year due to the aesthetic problems.

This is discouraging. I was very hopeful after reading about Bicboyanaconda's journey with this same procedure. His words conveyed satisfaction, happiness, and brought positive energy to those who want to thicken their penis safely and aesthetically... reading about your experience with this made me a little sad. However, I appreciate you sharing it because it takes some of the excitement out of us and brings us back to balance, avoiding high expectations that can lead to major frustration.

Is this procedure reversible? Is it possible to remove the graft? Could having had Ellanse before have affected your results?

Unfortunately there are not many board members the got the graft. As much as I looked for information there just wasn’t much. What I did find was promising, plus I was looking for one and done. Looking back I could have went the filler route and been ok with it also. I did it (in CA.) about 9 months ago. Gained 1- 1 1/4”. I knew if I did the filler I would regret not doing the graft. Truth is it’s an emotional ride. I had regrets when I first had it done. Some from shock of swing the work after, some from it not being what I expected. I have the same gap behind the glans, which by the way looks proportionally small. The first five weeks after the procedure were more work than I expected. Things have a funny bend by the glans when hard. If I had to do it all over again would I? Absolutely. My Dick looks like one of those giant dill pickles you see in the convenience store. It’s pretty amazing. I’ll go have some touch up work and see where that gets me, plus some glans enhancement. Then I’ll report back. If this is the route you want to go then do it. I don’t think you will regret it. You just have to manage your expectations and be prepared for a long journey. Just remember it not likely to be a one and done thing.

Honestly, I was a little discouraged as well but I thought about it.
1. Jondoe said nothing but great things about the doctors at Proud. He said they were all professional and said he would choose them again. That is a win.
2. Jondoes penis still looks good. I think it still looks aesthetic. Especially after just 1 round. My first round of Ellanse made my penis look absolutely horrible.
3. He may have only gained .3 inches, but after messaging proud they told me that their grafts they reccommend go from 0.3-0.5 Inch gain.

I will be going to Proud in September. I have Ellanse. And although I have gained 1.5 inches, I have insane nodules in my neck that looks terrible. Jondoe said great things about proud and I believe his results are aesthetic. Proud said you can always come back again for a touch up which is normal for any of these procedures.

As I write this from my hotel bed in Seoul, 2 days post surgery weather is horrendous

Hey! I just had megaderm done a month ago. Hows your progress?

Sorry for the long period of silence. Nothing much has changed since my last post, but I felt compelled to post again since there have been recent comments. Firstly, I want to say wannabebig1 is completely correct.

The doctors at proud are all very courteous and professional. And don’t get me started on James he is just purely a stand up guy who will stick by you through this whole journey.

Secondly, this is not a sprint it’s a marathon. Please if you are coming in to this for the first time understand that while we all have the highest hopes for ourselves you are in reality almost guaranteed to need a touch up or 2. Ask any of the mods, SO, or the doctors they’ll be transparent and tell you the same thing.

Lastly, If I could change one thing there was information that I was given stating 2-2.5cm gain which obviously didn’t happen, and I’m not saying it can’t, just that it’d be nice if they gave the full range that wannabebig1 was given that only getting .3 was also a possibility.

My final thoughts:

1. If you’re dead set on surgically enhancing your manhood I believe Proud Urology is a safe and reputable place to do it. I would absolutely recommend them.

2. Make sure you have extra money in the bank for rounds 2 and 3 (I’m currently saving up to get some megafill touch-ups)

Hey bro, glad to hear everything’s going well, and it’s really nice that after all this time you still speak positively about the procedure and Proud. I actually had my surgery with them almost a month ago, and I’m planning to share my journey here soon.

I wanted to ask you: what was your final gain after a year and four months? And what would you recommend for people like me who are just at the beginning of their journey to maintain and improve the results? By the way, after how many weeks post-op were you advised to resume sexual activity?

Jondoe! Gotta stay with us for a bit brother haha. So you said it becomes completely undetectable? I noticed At first I could feel the graft buf Im starting to feel it less?

Haha I’ll try to pop on here a bit more from time to time.

To answer your question let’s start with

Flaccid:

-Visually it is completely undetectable .

-Physically it is soft, not 100% the natural feel but damn close too it maybe 95% undetectable. And certainly nobody besides yourself would feel it and think it was anything but normal

Erect:

- visually it is very noticeable my current girlfriend notice immediately the first time she saw it while giving me head and I had to play it off

-physically it’s as rock hard as a normal erection and minus the ridges where the graft and my shaft meet it’s completely unnoticeable.

When you first get the procedure the graft feels hard and like a piece of…idk…. material under your skin. But as your veins start to come in it softens and feels more and more undetectable. I’d say once I hit the 4 month mark things started settling in to how they were going to remain. If that makes sense.

One thing to keep in mind is at a month up to maybe even 2 months if I remember correctly there is still a bit of swelling. For me the swelling not only added to my size but also contributed to concealing the graft. After that went away is when, visually, I started to notice the graft more.
