I asked Rupeka the same thing. He noted the weight was definitely a factor. He never guarantees it but it was a factor for me. Also, I dropped body fat and increased muscle mass. So, I don’t know what percent of penis weight versus body fat loss contributed. Certainly the combination of both attributed to the added Inch. I bought this up to the Dr. at Avanti the last time I went. I am still pretty even despite Avanti not injecting directly into the underside. I actually asked them if they could inject directly on the underside and they said they preferred not to due to potential complications. When Flaccid, you can def feel it in there. It’s a bit different than the soft Flaccid corpora cavernosa. It’s more rigid. That said, when Erect, it feels just like a hard Erect penis. The skin is loose and moves like a normal Erection. In my experience anyway. It does take some time for the skin to stretch to the new Girth, but once it does it feels very natural when Erect.
