I've been trying to squeeze it in an attempt to move whatever is their towards my penis and I'm not sure if it's working. Overall I'm curious if the PMMA can shift from your penis to your ball sack as well as your pubic mound? Anyone have any insights on this? I have a follow up appointment in 90min and I plan to ask Avanti Derma, but wanted to ask here as well to see what others experience has been. Thanks. Especially if a lot of base-of-the-shaft injections were performed, it's in very close proximity to your scrotum, so that would be the first thing that comes to mind. I would guess that since your Phallus has been through a unique experience it is probably swelling. In particular if you keep massaging the area too vigorously you could be keeping it inflamed. So I would leave it alone or ice it and see if it reduces. To be on the safe side maybe reach out to the staff there and see what they say. I don't think PMMA transit is a thing to worry about. I suppose in theory an injection could have missed the right tissue location - but this would be like getting hit by Lighting and I think it would be easy to fix if that did happen. PMMA is safe in your body so long as it isn't sitting in an artery etc. so there isn't much to worry about. I don't retract much, but enough that you can see it bulge up. Since it was stressed that I need to massage it hourly and try to keep the PMMA even in the shaft, I fear I was too forceful and possibly pushed it into my testies, although I'm not 100% sure how that could have occurred, just a paranoia. To add a little context, the day after my procedure I would use the pin they give you to move the PMMA around with like a rolling pin and stretched my penis out on the bathroom counter at the hotel. I would then attempt to roll the PMMA even, primarily pulling it from the glands and attempting to push it towards the base. I wasn't sure if the pressure would tear the skin inside and squirt it into my testies and pubic mound. I tried squeezing the bulge in the testies and it does go away for like 5 minutes then it comes right back, which I guess would suggest more fluid than PMMA but they are extremely red, irritated, and formed something like almost looks like a 3rd ball in the center. I just got home and showed my wife, and she thought that the ball in the center was my testicle. Well, as a piece of mind I googled scrotum tuck procedures which appears to be a thing, so hopefully I don't have to, but if I need to I assume I can get my scrotum corrected at a later time. It could be a Nodule. Those can be easily broken up with a cannula in a touch up procedure and they're pretty common. You should generally expect that it will never be one and done. Especially since your first time you're always by default a newbie. Let the implant settle, get confirmation from the staff as to the process. I would wager it will subside on its own after a week or three. Some people get lucky and can do a single session with no touch up. That wasn't the case for me. I had to get the second session to get my initial irregularities sorted out. Still very irritated and red, but nothing like the hardest to explain texture it was before. I also started to get erections again when I sleep. I believe the first couple nights I barely slept. My wife gave me one of her sleeping pills that was prescribed to her and I slept like a baby for about 10 hours only waking up once. This morning though my morning wood looked near perfect. The perfect size and shape all the way down so I really hope the end result looks similar to what I saw this morning. I'm taking 5 days off to do nothing but keep my Dick in a stretcher all day and massage every hour so hopefully it stays like this. One minor issue I'm noticing is when I'm completely Erect you can feel where the filler ends at the bottom of the base. Like it should have continued for another half Inch. It usually takes months to really get smooth. Any hard lumps should become softer but still palpable lumps (by you). I had one lump for 10 years and I just got used to it. It got fixed on round 3. I'm sure there will be some small Lumps as a result of round 3 but will soften also over time. If you point it out to your wife she will notice it but otherwise I doubt it unless she has your Dick memorized. For setting your own expectations you should probably expect to eventually do a touch up session to address any irregularities you really care about.
