TOPIC: Round 3 3/19 at avanti

Tomorrow i go in for a full session of 10% at avanti. I went over in details my first 2 procedures. Im going more for aesthetics right now but im hoping to get a .25 to .5 increase. Ill be updating my progress for round 3 here

Can't wait to read about your results! Nine days ago I had my first session with 15 ml of 30% and 7 ml of 10% and I'm seeing small imperfections already, but the Girth is satisfactory, so I think my next session will be only 10% to address these imperfections.

i just had my procedure done and not surprised at how skillful Ian and dr Morales were everything on that end was great. I was only able to get 15cc of 10% and none of the 30. I was more interested in the aesthetics I don't think I will gain anything from this volume. I was hoping to but i also don't want anymore touchups or procedures so getting all 10% and a Kenalog shot to improve the aesthetics were more important. Hopefully i gain something i will be keeping this thread and updating here maybe its of importance for all the people who are contemplating the 10% entire session. im wrapped up will see ian at 3:30 and will stay over here for 3 days to get ian to keep everything in place.

my apologies for not knowing the difference, but will you define what 10% and 30% are. Or just point me in the right direction.

Ir refers to 10% PMMA or 30 % PMMA, which means the amount of round particles that are inside the filler when it's injected. 10% PMMA means less volume, while 30% means more volume, but a firmer resulting implant too.

Like moes said above i decided to do a all 10% if you look at majority of success stories every one had majority 30% PMMA i heard of maybe 2 that had success with 10% but you also avoid lumps which i have and you also have a more predictable outcome with 10%. Seems like 30% is like Russian roulette where 10% is more safer for aesthetics which is what i need. More volume at this point wont work since i have alot of scar tissue in my right side. If i want more volume i was advised to stretch for length n pump to make skin more elasric and in a year i could come back. As is im tapped out ill be adding pics right now im still in a bandage until he sees me again

Thank you for the clarity on the 10% v. 30%. May I ask how expensive the procedure was? Procedure, hotel stay etc. Is there a discount if you know that you will have two procedures vs. one?

Procedure was cheap 5200 which i paid for a extra glans shot ,hotel charges 100 (the grand) if you say avanti sent you so for 4 days thats about 400 airline i paid 700 so all in 6300. The upmost package prices are visible online though.

Why did you decide to stay 4 days? Is that the standard protocol?

Staying here longer allows Ian to keep a eye on the progress he can massage the filler back in place if your not good at it

Todays is day 6 since the procedure entry points are now closed swelling and color are now gone. Swelling for me wasn't a problem i really incorporated massaging with a heated pad atleast 3 hours a day it looks like nothing was done at all to me. Im using that Hanger for about 8 hours a day also. Ill be posting some pics sometime this week when i could. As far as gains it looks like i didn't get any on this procedure still at 6.5 Erect Girth but aesthetics improved so it wasn't a waste for me. I didn't really expect much from 10% but im also not producing collagen just yet so once im done with the inflammation process i should know what my gain is. My length right now doesn't support more Girth so im done with Girth and im doing the p long protocol. I got 5 prp shots with stem cells package that i bought i have a restorex and bought the affirm i really would like to get to 7 inches in length right now i got what they call a Chode im basically 6x6.5 so im going to work my ass off for that Inch. My plan of attack is restorex for 90 minutes, apex extender 2 hours, male Hanger compression for 45 minutes, manual for 30 minutes and vacuum Hanging for a hour daily for 6 months
