PMMA (perm also noted to be a lil firmer than HA) - You can only get about .25 - .5in of Girth on the first round I want to get to 6in EG I’m looking at Dr Carney and put down deposit. They seem to highly recommend getting HA first to cut down the chance of nodules. Any advice is welcome, just weighing “going against doctor’s recommendation” and going straight to PMMA but then knowing I will probably have to go 2 rounds which would put me at 12k I know a lot of this is based on physiology so my numbers below. If so I would only expect a.25 Inch gain and maybe less with your length. I only say this to make clear that the decisions I'm seeing made by some of these Clinics reflect a more conservative approach (as the retired Dr. C once referred to as preferring *enhancement over enlargement*), and this is true with respect to Dr. Carney's use of Hyaluronic Acid (HA). You see, since HA is already a naturally occurring substance in your body, it's the most tolerated amongst fillers, thus making the immune/inflammatory response much more subtle, and by extension, acclimating your unit to the presence of a foreign filler. It also creates a sort of "foundational layer" and lets them see how susceptible you are to nodules and other aesthetic irregularities (to take into consideration when injecting Bellafill in the future). I'm not sure about [ @ou812](https://phalloboards.info/forum/user/6764787-ou812.html) 's comment regarding the cc/mL total with Dr. Carney but I will reach out to them this week to see if I can get a clear answer on that. And to be frank, $12k to achieve the famous (or infamous) 6.0 EG in one's lifetime is actually freaking mind-blowing. Before this site, I would have considered the opportunity priceless, and would have considered $50k a reasonable sum to pay for something that can appear natural, permanent, and put me in a bracket where I'm likely the thickest man in a room of 100 random men (or at worst, in the top 3 among them). Honestly, in my opinion, achieving 5.5" EG (and especially 6.0" EG) is comparable, if not superior to owning a 6-Figure-Worth sports car when it comes to boosting one's confidence. but at a 10th of the price. So was that a yes you technically get more with HA? Like more vials or more CC’s ? So you can get a greater gain on first round with HA but the downside is it’s not permanent? Dr Carney could inject as much as he is comfortable with of either, it's just the PMMA cost more than HA, although it will be a permanent gain (with an increased risk for nodules). Everyone seems to respond differently regarding gains per cc of filler, but to gain an Inch you may need 15+ ccs of either.
