TOPIC: Aftercare Help after Lig Cut and FFT

I had some concerns in the past few days about the fat being reabsorbed unevenly.
The clinic told me it all depends on the individual’s body, but is there anyone here that underwent a fat transfer at Rejuvall and it came out uneven?
I just can’t find any reviews at all almost.
I have no problem in reabsorbing 30% of fat i just dont want it to look aesthetically bad.
So if anyone underwent it please message me, I will greatly appreciate it.

If there is absorption, you can simply follow-up and supply it more fat in a subsequent procedure, and since your penis will have already vascularized what was remaining from before, it'll have a higher chance of success. You could also possibly top it off with HA if all you need is spot-correction, but your Doctor will determine that.

That's just the nature of fillers, regardless of type. Follow-up rounds are almost inevitable as there is always a degree of uncertainty, even if very small in the hands of the best physicians.

I personally & strongly recommend that your original performing physician be the one to do it because (1) they have your medical file and (2) they are familiar with your particular case.

That said, yes technically any reasonably competent HA injector could provide you with top-offs, but that will likely absolve your original performing physician of any future issues, no matter how uncommon they may be. By example: if you buy a car from a manufacturer then you later make major modifications to the vehicle, you may have in-fact voided your warranty with the manufacturer and they can wipe their hands clean of any mess that comes of it in the future. Food for thought.

Thanks for the updates. I know doctors don't promise Erect length gain but have you seen any? As for the fat transfer, I've been trying to research it and am still confused about how it is a permanent procedure. Can someone point me to where I can learn more? Good luck with your recovery.

Hey man, regarding Erect gains i have not seen length wise. I am 3 weeks post op and havent had a reql chance to measure a full Erection, since i didnt have a full Erection yet.
Reason for that is healing is taking a bit more time still due to swelling and one of the stitches that opened. Which has delayed healing. Regarding the fat transfer, yes its permanent, however some of the fat reabsorbs in the body. Now that depends from person to person with how the fat vascularizes in their penis. I did my surgery with Dr Carney at Rejuvall. He said on average fat reabsorprion is around the 30% mark plus minus and it takes up to 3 months to see the final results more or less since by then the fat should be already vascularized and swelling should all be gone.

While im here, i do wanna say either way the ligament cut is very much worth it. Although on measurement of the penis itself (non bone pressed) may not be impressive, the penis looks to the eye much bigger than what it is measured since its Hanging much lower and to the naked eye a 4inch penis can look like a 5.5/6 Inch penis. it definitely boosts your self confidence.

However i will say in general if you want to “look” bigger, the Girth is more noticeable than the length for people. So the more Girth the more big it looks.

Thanks very much for the reply. I have had HA done, and that alone took my Flaccid state to a size I was happy with. Now looking into more permanent options. Regarding the fat transfer, does this impact the stiffness and rigidity of your erections? Thanks again.

So regarding Erection, again theres still some swelling so its not 100% natural yet so i cant rly tell, but it does get hard very similar to a normal Erection
And when im Flaccid i still feel the hardness of the fat. I hope that goes away soon

Thanks for that well documented update Tel123. I completed round 1 of Bellafil with Dr. C just about 1 month ago. Planning round 2 in mid July. Hopefully that will smooth out some rough areas. I am also seriously contemplating the PermMaxL as I am only 4 inches Erect (maybe 4.25 on a great day) and about 3.75 in stretched Flaccid. So your updates are really helpful. But I've never read of anyone completing several rounds of PMMA, then completing a PermMaxL procedure. I'll found out if that's a possible scenario during my next visit. My fear with the ligament cutting procedure is the amount of time I would have to lay off doing my crossfit, biking etc. I am an avid older athlete and these things maintain my sanity. Fortunately with the Bellafil (and I only have round 1 to document), I was able to get back to training after 7 days. Not too shabby. Good move with the laxatives. That's a must after any surgery down in that region. I had double hernia surgery about 10 years ago so taking a #2 was frightening, and not doable without a stool softener.

Regarding the lig cut, you actually heal pretty quickly from it to be honest , thats on condition that no suture opens, one of my Sutures unfortunately opened so its taking longer to fully heal.

Oh man, well I hope that heals up quickly. It's hard when the provider is a plane ride away, although Dr. C did recommend a more "local" provider in the event I needed a steroid shot. That provider is a Dr. Shafer in Manhattan. Anyhow, thanks for keeping us posted on the lig release. I'm seriously weighing it now, assuming it actually provides real length. I'm not interested in how I look Hanging Flaccid.

Hey guys, anyone else who did a fat transfer, how long did the swelling near the glans and by the base last? Mine still didn’t go down yet and im 4 weeks post op.

Have you tried compress the area? try getting some soft cloth. cut it into a piece thats maybe 2" by 6" is wrap it around the area and then secure rubber bands, give it a few hoours and see what it looks. Then if its gone, release, see if comes back. I would like to think that it is lymphatic fluid like most.

Hey man, yes so i just use a tubigrip near the glans really, but it doesnt all go away.
The pictures may not be so clear, but the swelling mear the base does this balloon kind of look.
And because of this swelling i cant also stretch properly with an ADS.

I feel though it is lymphatic fluid, but idk its not rly going away. The clinic’s post op directions say that lymphatic fluid swelling can go away anywhere between 3-6 weeks. For now its 4 weeks but i dont see it going away… so i wanted to check what else can i do.


P.s the bandage that i have on my pubic bone is still there since of the Sutures has opened but thats healing nicely…
