I was having issues replying to this post. It does not mean that it’s firmer. It means you have more Hyaluronic Acid molecules injected into you. The concentration does not determine the firmness. I think everyone is overthinking the firmness. For this application they are all going to feel the same IF they are injected in the same plane (area) of the penis. I believe the location and injection technique will most determine if the penis feels firm or squishy. But the filler selected can have a lot to do with the risk of granulomas and the volume you end up with.
