I was offered a discount because I agreed to let them record the session and live stream it - of course w/out having to show my face. My procedure was with Dr Jason Emer in Los Angeles whom I would highly recommend. He also does PMMA, but may call it something different. They provide you with a numbing cream, which you rub all over the shaft minus the glands. Once the numbing cream kicks in, you wipe and they begin the process by injecting anesthesia into the shaft. You will feel pinches and yes they are somewhat uncomfortable, but bearable. Once that kicks in, they start injecting the filler and you will slowly see your Dick getting girthier; by the way there will be blood through each entry point. Once done, they do the LED healing treatment and prescribe you pills for faster healing plus to avoid infections. PS...whatever I was prescribed gave me the runs for days so just be prepared. I was asked to use a Penis Pump 10 minutes in the AM and 10 minutes in the PM and off into the world I went with my new toy. As the days went by, the Girth became massive to the point where I thought "Ok this is a bit obnoxious!" At least for my body type since I'm fairly slim. Although my goal was/is to be girthier, the filler exceeded my expectations. The bulge in my pants was much more noticeable. I went to a gay bar and used one of those urinals w/out a wall and the guy next to me looks over and says "That's a big Dick!" Best compliment ever! Pros: Visibly my Dick was now a beercan. Compliments at every nude event I went to. It did wonders for my sex life and self esteem. As a gay man, my preference is topping and the guys couldn't get enough. Everyone wanted a ride. I was no longer insecure at gym showers, urinals, massages and nudist events. Cons: You can't have sex or masturbate for two weeks. The filler is squishy and upon anal entry, the product would bunch up to the base and I'd have to work on pushing it inside. Your penis will be lumpy, but not to the point where something seemed or looked "off" . I'd look at my penis every day knowing it's slowly dissolving. Overall, I would recommend this procedure. I've decided to make the jump and get PMMA with Avanti. My appointment is next month and I simply cannot wait. I'm late in the game and did not take measurements during this journey, but I am attaching pictures of what my penis looked like before, after and now. I'm getting way more cc's through Avanti for what I paid for at Dr. Emer's. And thanks to this forum and others who have shared their experience with Avanti, I am very comfortable taking this route. Because for a doc that does so much online with his HA and Bellafill youtube videos, he almost rarely ever gets a mention over here. What kind of pricing is he for HA & Bellafill, out of curiousity, if you don't mind sharing? While I am no expert on PMMA, Bellafill has FDA approval and that absolutely has to mean something as it shows it has been developed to a certain standard. Whereas with Metacrill and Linea Safe, which I believe is used in Avanti, there (other than reports on here and the word of the clinics that use it) isn't a whole lot of positivity around it. And when it's forever, I personally would want to be absolutely sure its the best product I can get. Not trying to instill doubt by the way, more 'thinking' out loud.
