I am speaking from experience as someone who has used both. with the bandages, you can cut it to fit - any way you like, over the head, behind the glans. OR, have one done long and over the head and the other cut to fit behind the glans. You can add more layers for more compression and shaping as needed. I can go on and on . These are good for passive traction once you are healed. It will hold your extended length comfortably enough to wear as long as you want.
