I completed 4 rounds of Bellafil this past November 2023. So over the past 8 months I've had 20 syringes of Bellafil totaling appx 16 ML. My initial measurements were suspect so I can only provide good approximations of my gains. I started at about 3.25 inches of Girth Erect and now lie at about 5 inches of Erect Girth mid shaft and 5.25 at the bottom. I'm going to try to keep this string very brief. Everyone's anatomy and chemistry is completely different. I am very small and started with an Erect length of about 4.25 inches BP. Flaccid length was just a marble so pretty much all stretching devices didn't work for me. However, I did spend a lot of time conversing with Texas who had some excellent advice, which he continues to display. I ended up using a vaccum cup to both hang and stretch which I've been doing now for at least a year. In that time, I've gained a real half Inch to three quarters of an Inch in length. I have severe difficulty pumping since my previous hernia surgery substantially impacts the pain I experience with negative pressure. So unfortunately, the gold standard to obtain Girth naturally, ie pumping I can't take advantage of. My advice, and I think Texas would agree with me, is to spend at least 12 months or longer, pumping, stretching and Hanging before you go for any fillers, surgery etc. I wish I had taken Texas's advice on this before I went for my first 2 visits. But my size was sooooo small that I was too impatient. With respect to the filler, because of my short length, my provider only puts 5 syringes in me. With an overall small amount of product, aftercare isn't as stressful and I've realized over time that anatomy and your body chemistry mostly determines how the product will form. Even with relatively small doses of Bellafil, I do have a fair amount of lumps below my glands and bumpiness at the base of my shaft. And since I have lots of flexibility in my schedule, I was able to spend tons of time on aftercare. And and the end of the day, it really didn't matter because your body chemistry, for the most part, determines the outcome. But I can only imagine how I would look if I didn't take all that time for aftercare. I did use hot wet rags to roll and massage often and I did get hard very often as well. With the type of Bellafil my provider uses, I didn't have to worry about the first 24 hours. It doesn't start setting up until as least day 2. And god bless anyone who has the pain threshold to put your D in a stretcher within the first 24 hours...LOL. I mean your D looks and feel like a shark bit it off so I couldn't even touch it during the first 24 hours. Pro-tip, I use PT 141 to get rock hard during days 3 and 4 when the product starts really setting up. Not everyone can use PT141 if you have to show up to a job site or work away from your home. But as I said, I have that flexibility. Have to bolt, but I want to say that please think hard about using a permanent product like PMMA. Even though I have what appears to be permanent deformities, I am comfortable with the results since my size was sooooo small to start with and I made the decision that gaining Girth was more important to me than what the cosmetic results look like. I plan on 2 more visits over the next year and I will continue to stretch and hang for another 12 to 24 months for length gains. I hope this is helpful to the community. Best of luck to all. Especially thinking PMMA (and especially Linnea since it's more viscous carrier, for better or for worse - to me is better on paper). When i had my HA done years back the doc had me wrap it with regular gauze wrap, and it actually sorta worked ok minus the indentations left between passes. I've been playing with Urowrap post pumping just to see how it'd feel with a thicker unit, and it's perfectly comfortable, even to sleep in. The points of concern are twofold: -excessive compression that cuts off blood flow (i have not experienced this) -excessive compression squeezing how too much filler (is this a realistic concern?) Any other red flags there? I know the PhalloFILL people use a TPE sleeve, customized to your new Girth - which is cool, but I'm a)going the PMMA route, b)wouldn't know my post procedural Girth in advance nor how it'd fluctuate. The urowrap is way more flexible, at the expense of being weaker unless you double it up. Thoughts? Going to keep it stretched and me staying standing as long as I can over the next three days. I also have my donut pillows ready for sleeping prone.
