Which is good, because at this point it's definitely the easier to address out of the two! I have no aims to have a massive Dick - 10ml should put me right above 5" for Girth, which will be quite above average, but should still be comfortable for most women. I realize that most people need some sort of touch up to address irregularities. Morganstern currently offers a "2-3ml touchup" for $2,000. I will probably go for that after the first one settles. 2. From reading this forum, looks like "Turtling"/retracting after a session is very common (which makes sense because it retracts with pain or impact!). And it looks like this can have the effect of bunching up the filer. I know that wrapping is recommended for that purpose, but what if I use something like RestoreX? It attaches at the head so it wouldn't mess with anything on the shaft. I wouldn't exactly "stretch" it by any means, just use it to make sure my penis is extended and won't turtle. I'm also staying in Atlanta for a few days after the procedure - don't want to fly or drive back and potentially leave my Dick unattended for a few hours! I know the first day or two after the procedure is extremely important & pretty much the only opportunity you've got to mold it for best results. I was done almost exactly at 7:30. Everything went well - Dr. Carney is very knowledgeable, and open to talking. It looks like they've changed the aftercare procedures slightly - they've wrapped my penis and Dr. Carney said not to take it off for 2 days. So no molding until then. Which makes me a little bit worried that I won't be able to undo some initial uneven settling. 1. Dr. Carney said he needs 2 sessions to get it perfect, and usually add an Inch to the diameter. When I told him I didn't need an Inch, he said I might not need a second 10ml, but I'd still probably need a second session in 4-6 weeks to get the shape right. 2. He said the area between the circ scar and the head is already "damaged" from Circumcision and is prone to reacting badly, so he doesn't add a lot there during the first session, creating the "hot dog" look. He will in the second session, though. 3. He was very receptive to commentary, and he appreciated that I told him where I saw some dents etc. to make it look perfect. 4. The aftercare consists of doing hand rolling for 3 minutes each time, for 3 times a day, for 3 days (after the second day). Also taking a 30 min bath each day, and applying Arnica (which is AFAIK some homeopathic pseudoscience so I was disappointed that they gave me that) 5. I watched the whole thing and it was super fascinating. Honestly at the end my Dick looked truly enormous to me. Dr. Carney said some of it is swelling, and it will go down, but also the filler will absorb water over a few weeks and will expand. He said to expect it to ultimately look a bit smaller than it looked yesterday. Since my Dick is all wrapped up I have no idea how it looks and I don't have any afters. It also doesn't hurt that badly - I was able to do the "rolling" no problem. I still haven't attempted to get an Erection though, and I know that's the only way to see what's _really_ going on. There seems to be a lot of swelling - my Flaccid Girth increased from 4" to 5", which is a lot. I'd expect it to come down to about 4.5" from what I have heard. Will post pics when I can. Take the tablets and apply the cream a few times a day - after you massage it. Plastic surgeons routinely give it to patients to help with bruising . (I'll attach photos in the next) So far it has been a big success for the most part. The bruising is beginning to fade and I believe most of the swelling is gone, also. Still tender to the touch. The shape is good but not perfect. Especially while Flaccid, though, the Girth is just so much bigger than the head, that there's no way to avoid the "hot dog" or "sleeve" look. Still though, I don't think it looks that bad. While Erect and actually aroused, the head grows in size and the whole thing looks much more proportional. Interestingly, as most of you have noted, it looks shorter, which is an optical trick. Uniformity wise, it's not that uniform - right around the circ scar is the widest, and it tapers down from there. But also the circ scar is where I had the most swelling, so it's very possible that it'll go further down, which would make it more uniform. My Flaccid Girth has gone from 4" to 5". I expect swelling to go down a little bit more. My Erect Girth was 4.7", and I'm not sure where we are with that right now. When there was swelling I easily measured above 6", but I haven't gotten one today. I will post it when I have it. Honestly I thought it would end right around 5.1 to 5.2", but it might be more than that? Very interestingly, my Flaccid length has *not* gone up. Which is very strange because it looks like it's Hanging lower to me, but when I measure it it's still around 4 inches. Maybe a quarter of an Inch increase? Not sure. However, the bulge is much, MUCH more noticeable because of the overall volume. Which is not something I was really interested in. I definitely won't be getting another 10ml. I was thinking I would probably need 2-3 ml of "touchup", but if things don't go too crazy from here, it feels like I might not need that either? I ended up getting another 10ml in January for a total of 20 ml. It added, in total, around one Inch of circumference, as predicted. It's so funny to me that I have now completely forgotten about those figures that I used to be obsessed about. Now, I have a pretty thick penis (I believe around 5.7 inches thick?) and I'm happy. Everything went as predicted and the product is quite uniform around my Dick. However, it must be said that the top part (the part that I stare down at when it's Erect) is actually now quite soft, even when Erect. This part feels very different to the touch too (than all of the other parts - side, bottom, etc.) and still appears quite malleable - if I masturbate in certain positions, I definitely see a big indent on my Dick after. I always do the rolling motion to bring it back, but I'm pretty confident that it'd come back even without it. Sex is 100% better - my Dick is such that it had an average thickness (about 4.75) but a wide head, so during sex the head got too much stimulation because it "stuck out". Now it's a lot more uniform, and I feel friction/pressure on all parts of my Dick, not just the head, which makes sex feel significantly better, and I don't have to stop or change positions as often. Another 'downside' is the way it looks Flaccid with 20ml. It kind of looks ridiculously fat - it wasn't unnatural looking at 10ml, but I believe at 20ml it looks a bit too much. Of course that's the physics of it, your natural Dick actually decreases in volume while Flaccid but your filler doesn't, plus it gets a lot shorter, so proportionally it looks super fat while Flaccid. For you people who care about your 'bulge' this is probably a good thing, but personally I wish it looked more normal while Flaccid. All in all, I am very pleased with my procedure. I'm on the fence regarding whether I'd do the second 10ml again if given the chance - and sometimes I think I wouldn't, but it doesn't matter all that much as this is all HA and will go away in a few years anyway - I can choose to top it up as much or as little as I wish.
