My HA & Ellanse Journy started April 2019 not looking good

FL. 4
FG. 4
EL. 6”
EG. 5.5-5.7”
I found out about the procedures from a friend who’d looked into it.
I went in for my initial appointment with DR Dahn and was recommended HA up to 20ml
After being explained the risks and the pros I was in.
Procedure was quick and painless.
5 days no sex and using the antibacterial wash then I was into it. Single at the time I took advantage of my new weapon. At almost 7” in Girth I scared a few girls.
It went down a little. Still 6.5 easy. It got a LOT of use but 6 weeks in it all started to go soft and concertina. By week 7 sex was not an option so I went back to see the doctor.
The HA was dissolved and back to normal. I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THERE!!!
I went back to see Dr Dahn. I was offered Ellanse as an alternative. Again told the pros and cons but the gains in confidence the HA gave me were to good. I was given 10ml free and went back for a second 10ml.
So the results straight away were crazy almost 7” Girth.
As I was told it went down a little then slowly grew again.
Finishing about 6.5” Girth. Very happy.
It was hard Erect and thick and impressive Flaccid.
I had a couple small not visible bumps and hard spots.
Non of the girls said anything. until one formed under my penis close to the head in the Foreskin.
I went back to the Dr and he injected Steriod into it and it shrunk thank god.
A couple others started to grow. Not visible but could feel easily.
One on top was becoming uncomfortable while having sex so again back to the Drs. But this time Steriod didn’t work.
I went under the knife and the Dr removed a little.
At this point it was smaller but still there. I excepted it.
The lump grew more so again back to the Drs.
Once again under the knife. The Dr showed me the material that was cut out ( a hard rubbery white lump )
I had left it some time now before going back in.
Now they’ve all grown large and very noticeable.
I recently went back in to see Dr Dahn but he’s moved interstate.
I met with Dr Oates and he tried the Steriod again in a lot of area and over a month later no reduction in size or firmness.
I’m at the point I’ve booked in to see Dr Oates to look at more product to smooth it out a little until these lumps can be reduced.
Dr Oates told me the advances in the product they use now is better than what I had. I hope so.
I understand this was always a risk and I was informed.
I can’t post pics yet. I’ll pay my membership tomorrow and post pics from start to now.
Any questions feel free to hit me up.

I strongly believe you will have this resolved overtime with treatment. Not only is Dr. Oates an expert in the field, but nodules and such are historically fixable minor complications. I'll be monitoring your posts.
By the way, if you post photos, you get automatic lifetime Premium Membership without paying. If you'd like to get one anyways to support the site, that's up to you, but just know it's not a requirement in your case.
Good luck!

5 years 1 week ago #1308704560Hopefully what we did today will help. We trialled a different HA back in 2019 - Belotero. They were interested in supporting research and are one of the big companies for HA fillers in Australia. But we found they were much softer than what we were using despite using their 'firm' version. So we stopped using it.

Hi DW,
Ellanse seems to have a greater risk for forming lumps than other products. A good result is great but maybe 20% of guys have an area that has thickenings/lumps. Maybe it is technique - we use a cannula I know Dr C uses a needle for PMMA not sure for Elanse. Maybe the needle breaks down any fine fibrous bands and prevents clumping. Maybe it is after care. Texas wrote up his hard core after care and he did not get any lumps. It is something we discuss with patients.

As far as I know, Dr. C uses blunt tip cannulas for PMMA. I suppose it's possible he uses a needle for very small areas/touch-ups but I'll have to run it by him and double check, otherwise as far as I know, cannulas are an essential part of his injection technique. I'd be surprised if he's changed this in recent years (and how I somehow missed it), and if that were the case, I'd like to know his professional reasoning behind it. Otherwise, at least as much of 2.0's progress reports are concerned, a cannula was used.

Sorry - my mistake. i "think" he uses an injection 'gun' to inject precise quantities and I just associate them with needles. But they dont have to be.

Re: My HA & Ellanse Journy started April 2019 not looking good
5 years 1 week ago #1308704592So where I’m at now is I got Ellanse after having HA dissolved. HA was great looked great works great until it went soft Dr oats said the new product for HA is better.
As far as sex life after the HA or after the event say now no sex without decent amount of lube or a lot of foreplay.
