Yeah it is. I’m sure it’s gonna go down. I just really wish I had the glans to support a 6” mid shaft. I think it may look silly on me though since I have baby glans.

Current on day 6 and Swelling has gone down a lot. I’m still really sore to the touch also I noticed my penis skin is flaky. I’m not sure if that’s normal. I’m seeing some unevenss in certain spots that I addressed while I was there and told it was due to swelling. It’s starting to look like that’s not the case and I was correct in my assessment. Kinda pisses me off because not my Dick looks lopsided and I’ll have to (pay) to get it fixed when it should have been addressed when I was there.

Does anyone know when the soreness goes away? I really need to have sex. I know TMI but I feel I’m going to burst. Plus I want to start Hanging again. I’m hoping to get a .5 Inch gain in length before returning. Also I really need to do something about my glans. They are way too small and can’t support the Girth I want. The glans enhancement I received did absolutely nothing. I need some. Serious size added to my glans. 1-1.5” I need. I heard somewhere in China does this. I’ll need to look into that. My glans is 4.5” at the widest part.

Day 6 stats:
Flaccid L- 4 1/4”
Flaccid G 4.95”
BPEL- 6”
BPEG mid- 5.5”
BPEG base- 6.5”
BPEL before glans- 5”

Just a quick update. Swelling has gone down it seems. I think I can say I got a .5” gain all around. I want to bring my base girth (over 6”) up to my mid shaft. Their is some irregularities that I’ll need addressed in the 2nd round. I already know that I want to do a full 2nd session. So now even at 6” base girth and 5.5” mid shaft I still feel like I am small. I think I feel that way because of my small glans. I again will continue to Gigi out what I can do about that. In the meantime I’ll be working overtime to gain erect length. I’m still a bit sore. I finally Masturbated last night lightly. I just couldn’t take it anymore and needed some release I feel I was getting short and irritated with others easily. I’m a lot better and relaxed now. My skin when the PMMA sits still feels quite different than it did before and skin is still a little flaky. I’m hoping this clears up in the coming days.

8 days in and the swelling has all seemed to be gone. I feeling less soreness on the penis and it’s starting to feel like a normal penis again. I definitely need another round as I said before to fix some issue. I believe the glans enhancement actually worked for me. I didn’t notice much but when I see the side by side my glans do seem a little bigger. As explained by dr. M, you need multiple sessions of the glans enhancement to realize real gains since even though it goes away collagen builds adding new permanent Girth. So the more you get it the more it builds upon itself increasing size. I’ll post photos and you can tell me if you see a difference.

My Flaccid Girth has increased a lot. I went from 4 1/16” to 5” Girth Flaccid. And my penis no longer looks flat. I wanted that “juicy” round look and she gave me what I asked for which I appreciate. I’ll post photos below to show the difference. I’m planning on dropping tons of weight as well. I’m looking forward to seeing what the next few months of PE and another round brings me.

Just got finished getting head for the first time since the procedure. I felt bigger for sure. I was afraid it would hurt but I was fine. I was a lot more confident and verbal as well. Can’t wait to get the length I want and another round of PMMA. I do have some tingling right now but I got some bomb head so that’s expected even pre PMMA.

So I’m almost a month post op and my results look absolutely terrible. I can’t even look at my Dick. There’s so many areas where PMMA just wasn’t placed where I noticed even before Leaving TJ and was told there wasn’t PMMA in that area just swelling. Nope, it’s PMMA because it’s settled. The product actually don’t go all the way down to my base. I placed an arrow on the photo where the PMMA actually stops.

Because of the places the PMMA was injected and the unevenness my penis look like it is twisted. My glans skin is also peeling I believe from the glans enhancement shots. And I still retract like crazy after paying for the shots to decrease or stop retraction. I think it’s b**s** I’d have to pay for another round to fix this even though it wasn’t done correctly the first time around. I feel as though my first round was not completed nor got my moneys worth. It’s like having to pay your barber again to fix a haircut they messed up on. I feel I’m worse off now than I was before.

The photo will speak for itself. My penis look terrible. I haven’t reached out to Dr. C office yet, but I do plan to do so. My penis does not look normal at all anymore. I can be over reacting, but no way I can show this to anyone. It looks comical. I don’t know what to do. I think It needs fixed.

I can’t comment on PMMA but with HA I definitely looked better after round 2. I don’t think it’s looks as bad as you think.

Thanks bro. I appreciate that, but I know it looks bad. Especially when you looking at a normal non PMMA penis. But even without that comparison it definitely looks way off. Especially the 2nd photo. Looks worse in person.

I don't think enough emphasis and instruction on aftercare has been placed by Avanti Derma. It'd be nice to have more follow up care from Avanti, such as: require a patient to visit onsite for a few days, discuss more about how/where the product can settle, and really inspect placement of material. Further follow ups like video conferences for the first couple/few weeks would also be nice.

I had Ellanse on May 3. For me, Ian made it a point to push filler to the tight ring you have, however, I have a couple hard spots of filler even lower on my base. I didn't realize these were product spots until 6/7 days out. At that point, I really pushed hard on the product nodules and managed to flatten them out but caused heavy swelling, which I've been maintaining while trying to work the product. My overall shape is ok but has areas that need working and i'm limited as to what I can now do because of inflammation/swelling/edema, currently 11 days out.

It’s all settled now. Nothing has moved since week 2. I massaged and everything.

I agree with that. Should be a 1 week stay minimum and visit daily maybe with a follow up 2-3 weeks later. I’m not sure why this isn’t done Erect. I’m sure it would be a easier process getting things to look good if they made the penis Erect before starting the injections since that’s more important than what it looks like Flaccid

So I was feeling a bit down about what my penis looks like. I decided to use photoshop to see what it would look like if the issues I have was fixed. It actually made me feel a little better if they can make it look similar to the photoshopped photo. I didn’t look the first time around. But when I go back I plan to be very observant and vocal during the procedure. Not sure if my input will do much but I’ll feel better knowing at least I attempted to get the best results this time around. We will see. Not sure when I’ll be back. Maybe this month or next as I’ll want to get this fixed asap. Photoshop photo below.
