TOPIC: Ellanse Touch Up Tomorrow

Figured I would start a new thread for this. I had my first Ellanse visit in August of last year. (just over 6 months ago)

All in all, I've been happy with it. Can never remember if it's cc's or ML's. Cc's I think... But I ended up with 13 on the first visit. I've had a rubbery Nodule (like a jelly bean shape) but obviously smaller than that, on my left side by the circ scar. Was hoping it would go away on it's own, but no dice.

So, going to have a Kenalog injection on that, and a 4 cc touch up round. The bottom half (base up) looks good, nice and smooth. I have a divot in the middle, almost looks/feels like I have a rubber band round my Dick in that area, and just generally looks uneven from the middle to the tip. Had a zoom consult with Dr C a couple months ago, and he said this should even it out nicely, he mentioned that Ellanse tends to stay in those low areas and not migrate out on the touch up rounds. Really hoping to get a good, smooth aesthetic look after this round. Also, hopeful that the swelling won't be as bad as the first round.

I remember reading through Texas's posts on his Ellanse rounds and if I remember right, the swelling got less and less on each round. Not to mention, I'm going getting 1/3 of the amount of filler for this round.

If anyone has done a touch up round on Ellanse, I'd love to hear your experience. I don't think my aftercare was what it should have been after round one. Hoping to do a better job this time.

Seems silly, but the few days after are SO DAMN BORING. No gym (doctors orders), I can work a little, but there is a lot of netflix time etc. And I ended up using the noose Hanger sitting in the hotel chair, leaded back so my Dick was forward enough to hang over the edge. Not this time! I got a comfortable folding camping chair (with cup holder of course) and cut out a good sized hole, and used some duct tape to reinforce the hole. Now, I can sit comfortably watching tv etc and use the Hanger. Is it white trash? Probably. Will it work? Yup!

Also bringing hand warmers, since there are no microwaves in the room, and use them to warm everything up before I roll/massage.

This second round was VERY hard to get away for, so I'm hoping it heals quick and accomplishes the goal over reducing the lump and evening everything out.

I didn't post any progress pics on my last one, but I will this time.

Touch up complete. This was just for aesthetics, maybe should have gone for some more Girth, but at 6.5+ Erect I would really start dwarfing my glans.

Here’s the after shots. You can see the concentration of needle marks around mid shaft where we were drying to get this low spot filled in. Also, you can see the Nodule on the left side by the circ where he did Kenalog. Crossing my fingers that it dissolves.

Can you upload a video so those of us who don't have PMMA but are seriously considering it can get a sense of how the filler behaves when manipulated when you are Flaccid and Erect? Photos are great, but they don't give a full sense of how the penis would feel to the touch with it.

I won’t do a video. I get it. I was in your exact same position. With Ellanse, imagine your Dick, but bigger. Imagine your Erect Dick, but bigger.

Seriously. Not one ounce of difference in hardness while Erect. No loss of sensitivity etc

The only issue I had was one rubbery Nodule and some low spots to fill in.

I went to the Urologist a few weeks ago for an unrelated issue. Didn’t say a word about it.

I can’t speak from experience regarding PMMA. But I would recommend Ellanse. Take that for what its worth.

Congrats, man. Looking good so far. As SO said, Dr. C is a master at touch ups ... that seems to be where he takes his art to the next level. I have 65cc of filler in my Dick that he made look completely natural. I don't believe that's am easy thing to do.

Swelling was not nearly as bad this round. Day 4 and bruising is on its way out.

I think I figured out the aftercare much better this time as well, trying to keep everything stretched and smooth.

I will upload some more "after" pictures tomorrow. I have to say, I'm VERY impressed with Dr C's work on this touch up round. As I mentioned I had a couple of Nodules (rubbery) that were from the first round. Those have probably gone down by 50-60% in 6 days. They said the full effects of that may take a month to manifest, if that's the case, I think they will basically be gone. Aesthetically, it's helped a ton. Those nodules (right by the circ scar) were causing an uneven kind of "droop" on one side, just didn't look good. That's basically gone. I also had a low spot, kind of like a band around the middle. That has reduced, although still slightly visible. We discussed adding more product there, but Dr C and Ian felt that when Collagen starts forming it should fill in that divot, and if more product is added, it might build it up into a ridge (after Collagen growth) made sense.

All in all, I'm very satisfied so far, obviously only 6 days out, so it will be a couple months until everything settles. But I've been much more diligent about aftercare, and since this is the second time I kind of have a better feel for it. Honestly the first round was just so swollen, it was hard to tell what the Hell you were supposed to be massaging, and I was afraid I was causing more problems than I was solving.

More updates as we proceed.

Here we are at almost 2 weeks out. All of the prp swelling is gone. Everything is settling in nicely. I do appear to have a slight bulge on the one side, but nothing crazy, continuing to massage it and trying to level it out.

Still need to measure Flaccid, but Girth hard this morning was 7 1/8 at the base, 6.5 mid and just over 6 at the top.

Wish it would stay like that, but I’m sure I’ll get some reduction as we go. Hopefully not too much, as this was just a touch up round.

But, am considering going for another full round.

Girthy! As for another full round, I'd sit on it for a bit... I remember thinking the same, but once you get to a certain size, everything hits the point of diminishing returns (not only in gains, but in risk-reward thresholds), and you may find your final result to be more than satisfactory. I agree. I'll most likely give it 2-3 months and see where we are..
