Hi all, I've been getting volume added by doctor mata for the past 6ish-7ish months. I had this a bit last time but really got it bad this time. That being fluid swelling up right below the glans (basically in my Foreskin). Will this go away? I'm really nervous - its caused a lump to appear when Erect that is quite noticeable. What could be causing the fluid to swell up, its in the same area where I was injected maybe that? Got injected 2 days ago.

Pictures would help get a better idea of what's going on. How long after your last round did you see these issues?

This isn't fully Erect so the bump isn't as defined, but I know its not product as when I roll back the Foreskin (which im trying to do not so much as to not mess with the filler placement) I can see that it is more of a fluid like build up then anything. I have contacted Dr Mata and we will see. Last time - I ended up getting some filler removed and this seemed to help reduce the swelling quite dramatically.

Yeah pics are showing now.

If it's not sore or rapidly changing, I'd honestly be a bit patient. All kinds of odd swelling can happen within the first few days after receiving filler. If it was me I'd take a breath and just wait. You yourself can react differently every session too.

Hi all swelling is still quite present - took some more pictures. It seems unnatural in that its up at the glans and creating like a bubble like shape. Idk how to explain it, here are more pictures. Let me know what you all think. Also hopefully these experts can check it out. @Skeptical_One @Dr_Oates @Avanti_Derma

I would think swelling could take about a week to go away. Not sure how it is for HA but I would think similar.

Possibly edema. Seeings how it's HA I wouldn't be terribly alarmed (it can be reduced or dissipated in Clinic) but I'd be curious to see or hear what Dr. Mata has to say.

Swelling can and does happen from time to time with fillers, and it's usually a combination of time and some minor revision work to get it under control. It's been less than a week since injections, correct? I think waiting for word from your performing physician would be most wise.

Looks like lymphatic edema. If that is the case it should go down in 24 to 48 hours. I would definitely follow up with your physician though.

@Buckeye71 It's been 5 days since my injections? Should I be concerned? I am able to see him in a week from now and its not effected my sexual or urinary function. Does not seem to be reducing at all

No reason to panic but you should send the pic to your Dr and get an expert opinion.
