TOPIC: My PMMA experience at Avanti Derma (Photos Inside)

For months I stalked this board and quickly figured out that I had to get filler in my penis immediately. Communication with Avanti Derma is awesome and I had an appointment booked within a few short emails after a $200 fee was collected through PayPal (sidenote: PayPal and cash are the only ways to pay Avanti Derma). Diana and Ian are extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions and set up the shuttle service for me. Round trip was $140 (beware: there's no shuttle service on Sunday and it costs more before 8am and after 6pm Mon-Sat). She also set up a Virtual Consultation using Zoom with Dr. C which went extremely well. He really comforted me and put my mind to ease concering complications with PMMA.
I booked my flight from Newark to San Diego and my round trip ticket was about $250. I landed in San Diego 12/10/20 at 12:15pm and my driver was waiting with my full name held up on an IPad. He was super friendly and our drive to Tijuana was less than 30 mins. There was no traffic and we drove right through the border which was so great because my passport was expired (i took a risk). He said that I didn't need it going into Mexico. However, I would need it to get back into the states.
He drove me to The grand hotel where everyone was fussing to grab my single black backpack (have cash handy for quick and easy tipping.) Everyone is really hospitable and kind in the service industries here in Tijuana. They took my tempreture at the door and directed me to check in. My room would not be ready until 3pm so i had 2 hours to . I decided to walk around Tijuana and found a small convenience store that took US dollars. It was a great place to grab junk food which i love. There was a long line for some delicious smelling street cart food near by. Also, some cool street art but not much to see. Felt very safe and quite boring.
I had a hearty meal at a restaurant shaped like a sombrero called “Carnes El Potrero” (Blvd Salinas #4700 Fracc Aviacion) which was a suggestion from my driver because it was “authentic Mexican” and it was delicious! I had steak, chicken, shrimp, peppers, avocado, a semi-soft cheese that came out piping hot in a rich red tomato based sauce. I even had fresh handmade corn tortillas, seasoned rice, BEANS and washed it down with this slightly sweetened hibiscus drink called “Jamaica” (pronounced Ha-MY-Ca) AND they give you guacamole and chips to start. When i entered the place i asked for someone who speaks English and they were very accommodating especially beacuse the menu is in spanish (brush up on your spanish, its helpful). That entire meal came out to $15.00 US dollars. Amazing!
My appointment was at 4pm. I showed up and Ian (so sweet!) had me fill out paper work. Dr. C had such a great energy about him and amazing bedside manner. I felt like i was hanging out with a cool, wise family member. They took me in the procedure room (EVERYTHING IS SPOTLESS), handed me a thin cotton, short sleeved, blue & white, knee length robe and told me to undress in the restroom, I was instructed to come out with the back of the robe turned to the front. Ian took some pics. They gave me a little "sedative" to dissolve under my tongue and I sat down in the procedure chair. I forgot to ask exactly what it was but it did have a nice mild high effect about 10 mins into the procedure.
Dr. Morales came in (also great energy, chill vibe) and took blood for the PRP. Ian transformed the bed into a table which took me from a seated position to a comfortable flat position. While Ian sterilized my genitals and surrounding areas, Dr. Casavantes prepped a few things for the procedure. They work as an efficient team. Dr. Morales returned and proceeded to inject a few shots of lidocaine into the base of my penis and the PRP into the shaft of the penis. You definitley feel the first few shots; Not terrible but not pleasant. It's important to breath because there will be plenty more of these sensations lol. Dr. C gave me 17cc's (8cc's 30% and 9cc's 10%) of Polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA), Botulinum toxin in the scrotum (Scrotox), Botulinum toxin in the shaft of the penis (Phallotox), Hyaluronic acid in the glans and Platelet rich plasma in shaft of the penis (PRP). towards the end there were moments where I could feel almost everything but I knew it wouldn't last forever. They kept saying “dont hesitate to ask for more numbing.” They're all very caring. The entire Procedure (Utmost Package) was $4500 with Dr. C. They said it was a "Special" he had going. Afterwards, Ian took a few more pictures, gave me medications, a weight and massaging instructions.
I didn't look down the whole procedure because I wanted to be surprised (like a child on Christmas). When I finally looked down, I was shocked! I had never seen MY penis look THAT big before. I was ecstatic! However, I instantly knew that I wanted another session. I think aesthetics and safety was Dr C's goal, but next time I'm going for VOLUME lol. He said I could come back in 6 weeks if I want and I think I may. I absolutely want 20+ cc's in there next go round. Also, not sure if I'll do any add on's, just PMMA injections. It'll be cheaper and I'll actually see if all the add on's make a difference.
RANDOM THOUGHTS: 1) Next time I think I'll uber to the border and then take a taxi to that cheap Inn (Like $50 a night) down the block from the Tijuana Grand Hotel. The Grand Hotel is comfortable, but it isn't THAT amazing and there are a ton of places to eat near by. 2) Come earlier in the week OR plan to stay the weekend if you're going to take the shuttle service. 3) I'll tip Ian, he deserves it. 4) Drink a ton of water before bed and every time you use the restroom so that you're forced to wake up to urinate and you'll be forced to address your penis 4) That weighted noose hanger seems to make my penis more swollen after wearing it than before putting it on.
I'm going to post before and directly after pics (bandaged by ian and unbandaged by me), pics of my meal. I’ll write more later.

They prescribed Tamsulosin 0.4 mg capsules to take at night before bed. It helps with relaxation of the penis. One side effect is it could prevent you from ejaculating when you orgasm. You should return to normal soon after your prescription is finished. An antibiotic named Cefalexina 500 mg, 3 times a day for 6 days. They also prescribed Ibuprofen for swelling.
12/11/20 3 of my 5 entry points were still oozing but nothing to out of control. All the botox injection points were prominent and some soreness. But overall felt like I just handled it pretty roughly. I returned for the LED healing light and IPL collagen booster at 9am and Ian adminstered those treatments. He did say that i was not massaging correctly, so its important that you py close attention to what he is doing... maybe even take a video. My appointment lasted about 30 mins and he told me to call him if i need to.
I’m not sure if glans enhancement did much. Im not sure if the scrotox did much. Im not sure if the Phallotox did much. The Linnea safe def worked. I definitely want 2 more rounds because id love for it to stay the size it was when it was with a bit of swelling. But I am pleased with my results. Maybe i’ll do straight PMMA (no add ons) next time and BEG for 20ccs. I’ll write more tom.

Have not measured. Left my measuring tape lol. But, its for the better. easy to get caught up on measurements. Its already gotten smaller from this morn till now. Measurements fluctuate so much with the swelling.

What are your measurements now?

Just woke up to use the rest room. There was a big of fluid buildup underneath the shaft towards the tip. So I pressed and rolled as Ian taught me. I noticed there was a bit of retraction while i was asleep and decided to hang a bit. I almost didn’t want to because The Tamsulosin makes me quite nauseous and light headed (has this happened to anyone else? Should i stop taking it?) and all I wantes to do was lay down. THEN, I figured i’d build a resting Hanging station. Its a perfect position for when you need to use the weighted Hanger and relax or if you just want to sleep with your Dick Hanging down. If you’re using the Hanger, set an alarm for an hour just in in case you happen to be cutting off circulation to your penis. Avanti Derma suggest wearing the weighted 3 times a day for and hour each time.
To create the “Hanging station,” I used all the pillows in the room as a table to prop my torso up on to for support as i kneeled on a my knees. Think prostate exam, anal/rectal exam or doggy style as a reference for perfect positioning. Attached are pics of the Hanging station and weighted Hanger provided by Avanti Derma. As well as what it looks like with fluid collection before and after press and roll massage.

Hey results are looking great. You Definitely have a BBC now. Did you retake your measurements as a I stated in your previous post? Even looking at your Erection now you are easily 7” bone pressed. Get a hard ruler and take a measurement of your new length and Girth standing up. And report back. Congrats on the hog.

Here are some pictures 16 days later. A lot of my initial gains were due to swelling. I definitely need 3 more sessions for my penis to actually hit the Girth that I’d like. I also have a bit of a dent on the right side of my shaft and a few small nodules. The doctor told me that all of these things could happen. So, i am not surprised. I have no regrets. My Dick feels tighter than it did pre PMMA and I have a little bit of pain when masturbating and when other people touch it. I have not penetrated anything yet. I Tried my fleshlight but it was uncomfortable. The entry points on the left closed up in approx 1 day. The right side oozed and took about 2 days. Swelling went down in less than a week. I also stopped taking the medication because it was making me feel unlike myself (please check in with your doctor before doing this). I dont think i’ll do the utmost package next time. I’ll do just filler and see if there i see a difference. I feel like the prp added to the fluid buildup and swelling. I also have a theory that maybe more filler can be added without prp injection. DO NOT TAKE MY ADVICE!! Do your own research. These are just some of MY thoughts and I welcome other opinions. I have to get a hard ruler for measurements like New1inch has said. I’ll add a measuring tape measurement soon since i have one Hanging around. Forgive me for the run on messages, misspellings and punctuation errors in all my posts. I will be back with more info. Hope this helps someone.

Oh! Best thing so far about having the procedure done is that my Flaccid penis does not retract nearly as much. No need to fiddle around with it as much before a physical or before getting naked in front of a romantic partner lol. Not much of a bulge yet though. I’m really looking forward to another round.
