I’ll be sure to to write a separate post with all the details later but I’m just hoping to get some advise and perspective from experienced members right now. Like I said, it’s been just over 24 hours, 27 to be exact. I ended up going with the utmost package, (PMMA, PRP, IPL, infrared therapy, HA to the glands and Botox to stop retraction). It went really well and I felt good when I left the office. Last night I woke up every 2 hours to massage but didn’t feel great about how I was doing. I had a follow up at 9am this morning and Ian got it back into shape and I felt I had a better grasp on what I was doing. I also had the infrared treatment during this visit which is supposed to help with the swelling. Everything looked ok when I left other than my shaft being slightly thicker towards the glands. I chalked it up to swelling. I went back to the hotel and used the Hanger for a while. It really doesn’t seem like my Dick likes that! I got a doughnut at the circa scar but mostly on the lower right side. I tried to massage it out but it didn’t really work. It seemed like it was mostly swelling. I had my second follow up at 1pm. Ian was able to roll some of the swelling/Filler out of the area but by the time I got back to the hotel, about 15 mins later, it was right back to where it was. I tried to shape it just like Ian did and this time it worked for me but once again, only for about 15 minutes. I had my 3rd follow up at 5pm and told Ian about my concerns. He told me to give it about 3 hours between massages to see if that will help the swelling go down, not having the constant irritation. It makes sense but it’s hard to look at this horribly shaped thing knowing that the filler will stop moving in the very near future. One side of my inner skin was a lot more swollen. I highly doubt it’s product. Dr. C wouldn’t put that much over there and I doubt it migrated that far. This is my experience with Ellanse. I only had 1cc put above the circ scar but the injection alone made it look like a balloon. My glans looked like they were wearing a mink coat. I couldn’t really tell if I was moving product. The Ellanse for me was hard to move with all the swelling. Massaging and rolling causes swelling and bruising longer to subside but these are the aftercare directions. Dr. Oates is more of the mindset to leave it if it looks fine but with the swelling how do you know? So I just rolled to where it didn’t hurt too much every three hours rolling away from the glans. My penis wasn’t perfectly symmetrical before the procedure and I think the product sort of mimicked that, it’s not perfect but it’s pretty damn good for what it is. I’m not sure any human can fill a Flaccid penis with so much product and have it look perfectly symmetrical every time for every Dick. I also knew I was going back for a 2nd round so any asymmetries didn’t bother me. There’s a difference between a little more product being on one side and an irregularity. I would focus on keeping your Dick from retracting. Keep it extended to where there aren’t those creases and valleys I see in the photos. Wear the hangar all waking hours and keep wearing it on the plane ride, at home, at work, as much as you can for the next month. I found I retract more if I sleep prone (this would compress your product anyways unless you’re sleeping on a donut or hemorrhoid pillow) and even when I sleep on my side for some reason the Dick just wants to go inward a little, mostly the inner skin going into the shaft not the shaft contracting or going into the body but if I bend enough it will contract. Therefore I’m learning to sleep on my back for now which sucks because I was a hard core stomach sleeper. When I’m on my back the Dick just sort of stays relaxed and doesn’t want to go in. How the penis recovers post-procedure varies person-to-person. Some deal with the swelling & bruising for a day, others for 2 to 3+ days. I've seen way worse and this doesn't strike me as anything alarming; on the contrary, it's very normal. Short of experiencing significant & persistent pain, I'd stick to the protocols and get plenty of rest. Good luck! That’s really what I needed right now! My fears were taking over. I didn’t bring an ADS with me but wish I had. I’ve never even tried using one prior to getting this done. I can tell that my Dick isn’t happy with the noose tied to a steel ball. It’s weird because it’s not uncomfortable at all. I feel like I could wear it all day but after an hour or so the swelling around the circa scar is insane. Could it be gravity just letting it all accumulate there? (Filler and fluids from swelling). That’s kinda what I feel like is happening. I feel like everything is settling downhill and I’m constantly trying to push it back uphill with massage. Then the massage causes more trauma and swelling. It seemed like a horrible cycle that I was stuck in. So right now I’m lying on my back pulling penis straight up in the air, massaging very lightly down. It actually seems to be helping. It’s 4am and I have been doing this for about an hour and a half. I wish I had one of those white plastic stretchers right now that could hold it for me. It kinda sucks but I only have one shot at this so I guess I’ll do what I have to. Hopefully I’m not screwing something up with my improvised technique. I’m about 7 hours shy of 3 days post procedure and the swelling is way better. It looks like a normal penis again. Now I’m just worried that it will continue to get smaller! Lol. I love the new size and the shape is basically what I had before the procedure. PMMA's uses in aesthetic medicine had (or still has) popular appeal in Brazil, I'd imagine there are a number of practitioners who can offer it -- however, it's very difficult to assess the quality of the physician and product through these channels (PhalloBoards), mostly due to language & regional barriers. Dr. Nacul (of Brazil) pioneered PMMA bioplasty for the penis, a technique learned (and later refined) by Dr. Casavantes of Avanti Derma. This is why I suspect there are some over there who can provide modest results. That said, if travel is an option, I'd strongly consider practitioners who've had their patients document authentic progress reports. Otherwise, you'll have to hope there is a PhalloBoards-like forum in Portuguese that may point you in the right direction. Good luck. Let's get back to the topic at hand, thanks. .
