I’ve regained most of the lost EL, though I have been doing manual PE and trying to pump when I can. Since the product has bunched at the circ scar, doing jelqs is very awkward. My EQ has improved some, but it’s not where it was before yet. I have been taking some viagra when I know I’m gonna get lucky and that’s worked out pretty well. I’m still experiencing some pain at the circ scar on palpating and when I have an Erection. I also have pain at the pubic pad where it meets the base. I’m hoping it resolves in the next month and Once it goes away I’ll be scheduling another appointment to get another 10ml and hopefully even it out down the shaft towards the base. You can’t do that with PMMA in your penis. That’s why it’s bunching to the glans. Stop doing that immediately. Also I thought pumping was bad for PMMA, does the doc say it’s ok? Just stick to Manual stretching. Jelqing is a Girth exercise, you don’t need that anymore. Just do the stretching for length. I plan to start Hanging again after my procedure personally to gain some length. Would love to use a pump for added Girth but I’m not sure that’s wise or not. I’d have to do more research on that. Also the bunching happened before I started doing any manual PE or stretching. I have since stopped Jelqing and gone to stretching. The pump works awesome for me so I’m going to continue to use it unless someone here knows otherwise? Also the pain has subsided finally. I’m going to schedule a consultation to see how much another 10 would be. Just clearing that up. You can do a lot of things after getting PMMA. The question is, is it a smart idea to do such a thing. I personally wouldn't, as I know how vigorous Jelqing is. I haven't been on here for a long time so I don't even know what HA is or stand for..lol.. but I'll search around to find out. Is that a better alternative from PMMA? Most of the HA ended up around my circ scar and tailed off towards the base. My MEG is about 5.5 and it tapers down to 4.5 at the base. This is something I definitely want to fix and I knew going in I would need 2 rounds to get the results I wanted. Now I’m at the point where I want to either get more HA or dissolve it and go for PMMA and have it be permanent. Has anyone here gone from HA to another substance? I just can’t imagine spending 10k every year or 2 to maintain. This is vital information because Dr. Oates reports having patients see their HA last longer than what the conventional understanding said about how long it should last. This may imply you won't have to top-off as often, and you won't necessarily need "full rounds" (more like a few ml's that beardy touched on). Just thinking aloud here. You had to face some pain at the circ scar and at the base for a month after injections, and the product didn't spread evenly on the entire shaft, with more product clumped up at the top and less at the base. Massaging didn't help to fix that in the first days. Said that it seems that after the first weeks of struggle, pain went away, you regained some lenght, and even if not uniformly distributed you (and your girlfirend) have been very pleased with the results. You gained 1" at the top and 0,5" at the base with 10 ml, which is great. After one year you didn't loose anything, and this is an other great news, as it seems the product will last longer than expected. Also if you just want to even it out and have a more homogeneus thickness on th eentire shaft probably you need very littel product next time, aI don't know how much but I think much less than the first round, unless you wanna grow more than that. Remember thhough that if you add more filler (where you have your max thikness now) it might become squishier than it is now, usually more than 1" difference beteween the base can result in poor outcome. To make it simple going from 4.5" to 6" could be too far.
