First off hopefully you've researched a bit on how PMMA functions.

Initially, in the first few days after injection, yes the carrier and microspheres with it can move around from physical manipulation. Once all the carrier is absorbed, the spheres can't really move much for the most part. Then if you have a proper volume injected, your body forms collagen around the spheres and then it can't move at all.

So relatively speaking it depends on when during the whole process
