Personally I’m not worried about the shaft dwarfing the glans. There are guys in porn with proportions like that. I’ll probably be like that after my next round, and I’m really not too worried about it.

No idea before PMMA, as I didn't really track Flaccid measurements as they significantly changed throughout the day. Although after 3.5 rounds of PMMA, my Flaccid size is more consistent and measures in at 5" in length and around 6" in Girth.

Not really. If you go back to the beginning of this progress report there are pics of what my pre-PMMA dick looked like and my glans was huge compared to my shaft -- what's called a "mushroom penis." I go back and look at those photos now and I'm like whoah! So I had a lot of room to build up the shaft to match the glans, and even now that I've surpassed my glans size, I feel as if I still have a little ways that I could still go before it starts looking disproportionate. I mean, it's not abnormal at all for dudes to start out with glans that are significantly smaller than the shaft, so a big, fat cock with a smaller glans doesn't reall look odd. That's actually what I'm going for -- I want the shaft to be significantly bigger and then taper down to the glans.

That's actually the appearance I want too. Personally, and my wife, are fine with it looking enhanced. I actually like the look and have had a year of time to ponder it. I'd rather a very substantial base and mid and a smaller glans.
