Its really easy to use and very comfortable but I have to be careful not to snap any of the plastic components...I was too rough with it at first and broke it (Dr Giunta's staff had a new one shipped to me free) What I've noticed wearing the extender (any extender) is that in the morning after a hot shower...I'm able to stretch much further...then after 2 hours the pain becomes unbearable and I have to break. Then when I put it back on I have to decrease the stretch...and so on so forth in this sequence through out the day... Big John, How much did you spend on the PMMA? I really want to get this done but I know it will be best to wait until I've maxed out my length gains as best as possible. It really tightens down nicely and you can adjust it perfectly for comfort with the wing nuts. Of course you have to wrap before putting it on. I could hang 25lbs comfortably with this rig. Guys on other PE sites have reported gains of 2 inches after many years of stretching, but these reports are very rare. I don't think I've ever seen photographic evidence of a 2 Inch gain. 1/2"-1" after 6 months of stretching would be more realistic. I think 1.5" of Girth gain via FFT is also pushing it. In theory it shouldn't be a problem as Dr Giunta can inject as much fat as it takes. However, if you have too much fat there is a good chance your penis will feel soft when Erect. The main concern with FFT is that it often gets absorbed and patients are left without much in terms of gains or even worse it reabsorbs unevenly and patients are left with a bumpy contour. I know of guys who are very happy with their FFT results and those who aren't. I think skin compliancy is key to a good FFT results. As far as I know Dr Giunta or any other Dr offering this procedure really take this into consideration. Will you post measure before and after photos. It would be incredibly useful to have a photographic account documenting the while procedure. We actually have very little in the way of photographic evidence of FFT on the forum. PMMA is better than FFT, but it's long terms complication rate is unknown. In my opinion you Girth is good as it is, so don't risk either procedure. Wait a year or two and follow the progress of PMMA. Also Giunta tends to have very mixed reviews. Ignore the Dr ratings websites, they are worthless. Sure, losing weight would help, but for some reason in the Flaccid stage not only am I small from the fat pad, but also I seem to turtle a lot.
