Does getting penile lengthening surgery automatically mean that your penis will point downward when it's Erect ? And if so will that affect the approach to sex like if I'm hitting a girl from the back will I have to hold my Erection wit one hand or if she's riding me will I have to hold the base to keep it In place ?

It will point downward, but I'm not sure how it affects your sex life. I know there's some members who's had it and I don't think it ruined there life.

The answer is "it depends." Some guys experience a dramatic drop in the Erection angle and others only slightly, but it will more than likely have some change. As far as stability goes, some stability will probably be compromised but probably not to the point where you have to hold your Erection in order to use it.

Mine is straight out, it may have been up before, I don't remember but definitely doesn't point downward. I have no issues with stability. I think the impression is that it will swing around like a loose cannon, but your penis is still attached by it's anatomy. I don't know if that is common or uncommon though.

Hunkydory, does your Erection still feel the same? I read that after doing that lengthening procedure it can affect your Erection.

It hasn't had any effect that I noticed - I had it done 19-20 years ago so i don't remember 100%, but I never had a moment where I thought my Erection quality was different. All the PE (Hanging and stretching) actually makes your EQ go way up.

My lig cut done in 2002 caused nerve damage to where some aspects of my shaft and penile head are numb. Doesn't help when a girl is trying to get me off by stroking or oral. I end up having to grab it myself and masturbating hard and fast to get off in her face. They don't mind though, as it would take a very long time for her to do it and they get impatient or tired unless I take over. Vaginally I can cum if I concentrate and they are tight or enjoying a long session.
Also, the scar is very obvious, as in a big upside down VY. I hate it, but it did give me some extra FL, by about 1/2".

Getting the lig cut is nuts. Sorry any doctor who cuts the suspensory ligament should be charged with crimimal assault. Like butcher you and charge you for it and then your Dick never stands up and is a quarter Inch longer when soft FFS what is the point.

The problem with all these PE surgeries and enlargement techniques is that the results are all over the place for the same procedure. In this particular case I would consider myself successful but it doesn't mean that if I had it done today, or someone else did it by the same doctor we would end up with the same results. (Actually I would not have it done today as the gains are minimal even though I escaped with no negative outcomes). There seem to be just enough success stories with anyone of these procedures that people pursue them, myself included, but there are a lot of f'ups with a range in severity. All of this stuff feels like a crap shoot. I would just commit to traditional PE for a year and see where you end up first.

When someone has such a short little Dick and is offered an option to increase their shorty by any means, then it's not really nuts, its desperation. I wish that I had it done by someone else though, and only with a horizontal incision rather than the VY.

Yeah you are right I only wrote that because I had to hang for a year and a half to get my Erect length gains. It's like saying a prayer and taking an aspirin to make your headache go away. I tend to believe it is the aspirin and not the prayer, so just the aspirin would have worked.
