Congrats on the gains man! I would be very happy with .5 EG on RD1, thanks for the updates, we are very similar starting stats. What finally helped you take the leap of faith? My biggest concern, like most is long term. Thank so much for the report.

I think I'm at the point in my life where I'm very content with the success I've had professionally, and personally. I'm 7yrs post divorce, and loving the single life. I've been lucky enough to have had hundreds of partners, and learned a lot in the process. My confidence is at an all time high. My decision to have PMMA is purely selfish. All about me.

As for the long term effects of this decision. This board has been invaluable, in terms of patient results and feedback. There are members here that are 6-8 yrs post PMMA, with single sessions, and multiple sessions. As well, there are a Articles documenting PMMA used in other anatomical structures , with very low levels of complications, if done by top Dr's. Dr C, Dr N, and several in Brazil.

Not one of the women I've slept with after PMMA have noticed that I've had anything done. Biggest change with sex now, is warm up time before penitration, fewer blow jobs, or shorter blowjobs due to lock jaw. With some of the smaller women, going Balls deep is not an option anymore.

Admittedly I have section about 1 Inch long that is 5.9", MS. Towards the head I taper to 5.75, and then 5.6 before my glans. I would like a uniform 6.25" to 6.5" from base to just before the glans. As to partners, women over time will get used to the extra Girth, or not. There are lots of women that will love the extra size, and I love the new dynamic added to my sex life.

Ok good for you. But know, for a scientific fact, if you're already experiencing difficulty with size compatibility, increasing your Girth will further increase said difficulty.

I think you misunderstand my comment. I understand I may be reducing my compatibility with a percentage of women, but I am fine with that fact. Also, I would not describe it as a difficulty. Simply a new challenge. And challenge is always good in my books!!

I don't think I've misunderstood at all. If women are having problems accommodating your Girth, whether orally or vaginally, increasing your Girth will only increase the problem. Simple science, L. But as I mentioned, good for you, if that's what you really want.

@lydon47 I say go for bro. Your single and happy, so if you can add to that happiness then do so. There are plenty of women out there who can accommodate 6-6.5inch Girth and for the ones who can't oh well. As you said you are loving the single life so if they can't accommodate your size then on to the next one. Do what makes you happy with no regrets. Good luck

He can only achieve more size by adding more foreign body material to his penis. Sometimes I feel like people forget that. In my opinion he should quit while he's ahead. Maybe a touch up. But unless he's really bothered by his size, then personally I think we should be discouraging him from adding more foreign body material.

Now, after so many reports here and with all the collective knowledge we have here; I wish I didn't go for my last round. In my case, I know for a fact that adding that last Girth increment did more harm (not physically) than good and I would have saved some money and a few beautiful girls.

I encourage everyone to weigh in ALL factors before going in for Enhancements. I know in some cases if not many cases, male ego, our Western wrong social expectations, female manipulation will cause many men to go for more and more...I am just as guilty, and I charge myself!

Three days till my second PMMA/PRP session with Dr C. As usual I will do my best to document the experience. I have to leave TJ on Saturday, as the shuttle does not run on Sundays. Its a bit nuts how much hotel rooms go up on the weekends. As well the flights were more expensive as I am returning home on a Sunday vs a Thursday on my first visit.

One difference from May, as I now have a steady FWB, who is going to want some when I'm back, as the red porsche is in the garage this week. Wonder how I'm going to stall her off for 3 weeks.

No need to wait three weeks. A week is more than enough for PMMA to settle down and not move. Of course Collagen takes weeks to build up. In a way, she will not see the full effect unless you wait many weeks. The only thing is if you are swollen or bruised a lot, then you may have to explain or just leave the lights really low/off . there are many ways to have sex without having her inspect your unit with a magnifier . Just go easy with sex and make her come first and you're GTG.

Session 2 in the books. I requested a bit more 30% at the base and mid. Dr C was conservative and would only go 2cc extra. And 2cc more at 10%. He was amazed how soft my first session felt. No sign of any fibrous bodies. No nodules as well. I had two small low points near the base, which he said he put the PMMA on top of the last layer. The remainder went under my previous layer. One difference this time, the female doctor applied the PRP very deep. I heard Ian say cavernosa when she was injecting the last vial/ needle. I could feel that one!!
