TOPIC: Voluma girth enlargement in UK

Hi all, i have been watching the forum for a few years (and manual PE forums before that) and having been weighing all the pros and risks decided to go for voluma injections. Voluma lasts for 18 months so I liked the idea of trying out the results from fillers without worrying about the permanent risks from PMMA. Also some of the PMMA experiences in the last 2 years here in the forum seem to be negative and i've been reading that gains diminish very soon, with some saying they went back to original size in weeks.

So today i had 15 injections of voluma (15ml). i was hoping to go from 7x5.25 to 7x6.25 but having come out of the procedure I think it will be much less. It was quick and painless with local anaesthetic but there is ALOT of bruising and its very lumpy. Apparently voluma can be massaged for 3-4 days to get rid of lumps and get the desired shape.

Being uncircumcised I really hope I don't get the donut look and also that the filler will not be detectable by moving up and down together with the skin (although unfortunately from what I can feel so far I think it will do).

From everything I've read you cannot judge where you'll end up by the immediate look of things. Hang in there and post pics if you have a chance. I'm having HA end of march .

Thanks Dickwitman, yes i am sure it will look alot better. I am not expecting more volume though if anything it will be slightly less when all swelling goes away. Also asked the Dr about if any collagen might be produced to add Girth and he said there is no scientific proof that actually happens.

I think it looks pretty good. I think after it settles in and you have round 2 you'll be in good shape . How is the feel? Squishy? Malleable?

Many? What percentage would you estimate? And I don't recall a single PMMA report that said they went back to their original size?

Are you sure you have been lurking on this forum for a few years and not another one? In all my years here I have heard of only 1 guy who didn't gain anything on his second round and that is it. It looks good by the way, good luck!

this was just from recollection from the last two years and it was definitely more than one. My post intended to express my perception of the reports I read, it was not meant to be some kind of researched statistic on the site. In any case I have edited my post to say "some" instead of "many" which might make you a bit happier.

i think i will do go for a round 2 cause i really wanted to get to 6.5 Girth. I have reached 6.2 in the thickest section mid-shaft so I think I will need another 10ml!
About how it feels the best way i can describe it is in Flaccid state its like a permanent semi (which is thicker than my Erection previously. Awesome!) it doesn't feel mushy or squidgy to me. The completely soft state doesn't exist any more. When hard it feels really good, the voluma layer feels almost as solid as a good Erection and because the skin is now very tight from the extra volume underneath and does not move up and down the shaft which would be a big give away. So pretty good

see my answer to LL above. I could be wrong but this is my perception from the reports i have read: that some guys had negligible gains - not even considering all those who had to remove it because of complications, some of them reporting less Girth than they started with.

It's not a matter of being happy or not, the goal for all of us is to be well informed. And I think we all have some sort of vague sense of the pros and cons of PMMA based on our recollection from reading many posts, scattered with all sorts of comments, initial reactions (sometimes later retracted), horror stories (some true, some by trolls, some exaggerated, etc) and success stories. At this point in time, the best scientific evidence is the 752 patient study done by Dr. C, along with the critical response by Dr. Alter, followed by Dr. C's follow up remarks.

My current thinking is that if I'm going to commit to PMMA, it will be 1-2 rounds of 10 percent, followed up possibly by 1 silicon touch up. Before I do that, I think I'm going to undertake a side-project of searching all PMMA logs I can find on this site and summarizing them in a spreadsheet, flagging any minor, significant, or serious issues along with a satisfaction rating. It will be time consuming, but should be valuable. Something along the lines of briceb's spreadsheet on gains vs percentage ... and another survey on EQ before and after, which I can no longer find!!!

I think you're doing the right thing, if you're going for PMMA then research as much as you can. Actually voluma lasts only 18 months and its extremely expensive as a long solution so will be still keeping an eye on how PMMA is developing. I am hoping that now that penis fillers are becoming more mainstream the materials will hopefully improve or they will find improved ones in the next 2-5 years.

Wow you have really good Girth from the beginning ! But your choice .

I'm having my second round on Friday of HA so good to see how you go .

thanks man i know i wasn't small but as t i spend a lot of time working out the rest of my body so I wanted to do something about this muscle too!
Good luck with your session! Yes its been sore with lots of bruising but i had 15ml and i decided to massage very heavily from day one because when i got home it looked like a screwdriver! If you are doing less yours might not be as bad.

Where did you get the procedure done and by who? Was it Dr Horn at Androfill? Can you fill us in on how the experience went?
