Is the approach of the amount to start with and follow up top ups difference with Ellanse that you use? Over the use of HA ?

Initial injection is basically the same. Interestingly many of the guys I have done are from over seas so I don't get to do top ups. It can be slightly harder because it is more fibrous.

Thank you. Dr.Oates. I'm getting these answers for myself now. It certainly feels as though it can handle anything. Of course I have 10ml of Elanse and 10ml of HA on top of it so it's different. Honestly, I can't wait to get the HA gone.

Hi Guys, I'm not a frequent poster but i am an avid reader!
I'm thinking about having Ellanse filler done in london, I've had a few chats with their patient reps, one last year and once quite recently, both times I've had slightly differing discussions. Wonder if I can put out a few questions to you to see what you think??; here goes!

1: They say that under 45 you skin isn't as think so it can't take the Ellanse as well as It can HA
Q: Has anyone experienced this?
2: I proper turtle when that anaesthetic cream goes on or when anxiety kicks in; both will occur on the day, that happened to me when I had HA and it clustered like a cauliflower on my Foreskin, I had to have it reversed, I asked whether I could have it done whilst Erect, they said it's isn't advised but didn't say why.
Q: Is there a reason it isn't advised and if it were possible would it assist?
3: Q: Has anyone had any experience directly/indirectly with Dr Gretah?
4: Q: any general advice to assist me before I embark on this ?

I dont know about the guys in London. but maybe consider Dr Oates, he actually here and talks to people. I have spoken with him and hes not even my doctors. I used Morganstern in the US. I think those two places would be my top choices.

Advice, Your not as small as you might think. Don't worry so much. But either, stretch that motherfucker out all day and right up to the moment they cleanse you and prep you. That cold water will then shrink you up a bit anyway. The stretching will help keep everything elongated and loose.
Not sure about Dr Oates: but Dr Carey will put a noose around the head and stretch it back out while he completes the procedure. Youll need to be Flaccid for him to move it all around and roll it all into place. Probably even more reasons than that too.

After care is paramount. no matter where you go to get it done.

Androfill is an option in the U.K. Dr. Oates is great but works out of Australia. I thought I read somewhere (unconfirmed) that Dr. Oates may venture beyond his continent (maybe to Europe/U.K.) but for now Androfill is the only one I'd recommend to perform temporary fillers while having the necessary experience.

Dr. Morgarnstern & Dr. Carney in the U.S. are great, and Dr. Casavantes & Dr. Morales in Mexico if you are considering permanent options. Don't go with just anyone though, there are a lot of up & coming physicians who are jumping on this cash-wagon who end up botching up a bunch of dicks... a doctor in California & Florida comes to mind lol.

Right! I keep waiting for it to start dissipating. I measure once a month and am pleasantly surprised. If it ever does, I'll be making another trip to Australia.

Am seeing Dr Oates in August to see if more can be added. It will be exactly 1 year after my first Ellanse injection.

The very first time I met Dr Oates, I wanted 20ml of Ellanse but only 13ml of Ellanse could be done due to swelling.

Am looking at somewhere around 8ml to be added in August but of course will trust Dr Oates's opinion and go with what he suggests.

The stats I've posted before holds true, there has been no loss.

Just an update on my Ellanse injected
1 month ago.

Started at 5.7' circumference
Now at 4 weeks 6.4'

Very happy with size.
Some lumps and hard tiny bumps.
also Still a couple little soft spots.
Hoping the fluid goes down in those areas but the lumps don't show through.

Has as anyone delt with fluid sticking around and the bumps.

I had 2 year Ellanse in my nasalobial folds in Jan 17 which is 2 years and 4 months. I was looking at some photos of myself prior to having and I forgot how bad they were, I look 10 years older, overtime I thought it had warn off but looking at those photos it hasn't.

Update: Still no loss or issues. Very happy.
