1" gain in Erect Girth with limited-to-no side effects... wow. FAR BETTER than PMMA, even if it isn't permanent. Factoring in travel costs (for 2-3 rounds needed to get 1") and you came out ahead...aside from the non-permanent issue (which may actually be a benefit after what I went through).

Sexbeast - there are a variety of extra-corporeal shock wave machines around. Some branded as specific for ED (sorry dont have the name on me) and other used for a variety of physiotherapy work.
But google/Pubmed search shockwave therapy and ED. Lots of papers by Urologist, recent ED statement papers saying shockwave therapy can cure ED in a high percentage of people. All recent and I am ammaved it is not on TV and every street corner already. It will be.

thanks doc, and yes i googled it. interesting stuff, my friend has a machine but to be honest i kinda feel funny going to my chiropractor buddy for ED treatment. i can c it now, hey charlie hows it going, hey do u think i could use your shockwave machine, he says what hurts and where, i say.........

Wow, what's you're Erect length? It's amazing 15 cc did that much.

Is the ridge hard or just missing filler?

Hi Ultimate,

Thanks for posting, it looks really good, Please keep us posted over time if possible, this is quite valuable information. I had questions about the ridge, did they not put filler in there out of some concern or perhaps something else? The transition look good in any case but just curious anyway.

Also you mentioned prior free fat transfer: How does the HA feel compared to the FFT (firmer?)

Yes i will keep you guys updated.
Im going to see the doctor on Monday so i will ask him about the ridge i think it has maybe is something to do with my previous FFT procedure i still had a small amount of fat down on the lower right hand side
In regards to FFT most of the fat had disappeared within a few weeks after my procedure so i only had a small amount left the size of a coin which moved about when pushed i would say the HA feels slightly firmer and stays in place but it feels just like normal penis.

Hey ultimatesize thanks for sharing, those are some serious gains wow 4.5 to 5.5 in Erect Girth and like restoration said with little to no side effects that's amazing. I'm looking forward to your updates.

Everything feels and looks good no loss in size.
I dont think i would like to go bigger as it would dwarf the glans to much an Inch increase is enough for now an Inch does make a big difference.

Just had HA done myself so this is good news seeing your progress after time. Did you really gain 1" in EG from 15ml??

I had a small amount done of 6ml as I was so wary of the whole process I wanted to be careful and see the outcome. So far so good, very smooth, zero issues but it's early days.

I'll try and get my own log up soon. Please keep this one updated.

Love to hear from you again Ultimatesize as I've just had the same process and would be great to compare as we go along.

You seem to have had insane size increase unless I missed something and you had a top up on your 15ml, can you confirm was it 1" in Girth from 15ml?

I had 6ml and gained 0.25" approx, maybe a tiny bit more, would have expected 15ml to gain a little over half an Inch but one whole Inch is insane.

There's a lot of useful information in this thread! Thanks mate.

Question though. I see a fairly defined ridge about 1/2" below the circa and about 1" above the base, as if the filler settled in a band between the two ridges. Is it difficult for filler to descend to and/or beyond the circa? It's a big gain already, do you intend to fill-in these areas? Apart from these, you're good man!

I really would like Dexter to also comment on these later ...
