Used it for about 2 hours today. Felt a really good stretch, so hoping to make some good length gains with this over the next 12 months. I have a question regarding the tension when using the rod extender. How do you know how much tension is being created. There is a spring system at the bottom of the rod extender that can be screwed. I'm trying to work out which way to turn it to create less or more tension. Any help would be appreciated. I was trying to figure out the same thing and then it occurred to me to measure the resistance by using a food scale. I took the plastic attachment off and press the rods against the scale. I had bought the heavier springs too (probably a waste). Here's what I have on the x4: First mark on rods is ~3 lbs. Second mark is ~5 lbs. Third mark is ~7 lbs. I typically go about 5 lbs for somewhere between one and two hours. I try to get at least 4 hours in a day up to a max of 10 hours. Lately it's been closer to 4 hours tho. I'm closing in on 2000 hours. It's been 14 months since I started. I started out slow. And only did 5 days a week. Now I go until my penis is sore and then I take a day off. Typically every 2 weeks or so. I'd recommend to start slow and build up. Hope this helps. You'll understand when you get one (if you elect to use an extender) @chester: I haven't measure in a while. I gained 0.75" in 1500 hours... on the low side from what I've read. Those 1500 hours took me about 11 months. Then I had round 3 and took a month off. Since I've stretching but at a reduce time duration. Now typically I'll go 4 hours a day total (in two or three increments) with one or two days off a week.
