Hey Aero update on your progress? How is everything going so far with the implant?

I hope this is still going well for you and your partner.

This is a two year update. I haven't been logging onto this board as much as I'd like to. Been busy with work and just life.

So far my partner and I haven't had any issues this last year. Nothing majorly changed for me. My Flaccid and Erect length is still 6 inches though my partner is at about 7 inches. I started out with a Flaccid length of 4 inches and am up 2 inches. When I had surgery two years ago, I lost an Inch but gained it approximately 6 months or so after surgery. I guess it's different for every person. My partner is luckier with the gains. Girth gains are immediate as the implant makes the penis thicker. Erections feel much more natural as in its rock hard with the implant in. I can orgasm in about the same amount of time as pre surgery. There are two points that stick out on the sides when in Flaccid but when I'm Erect and pointing straight out they're gone. It doesn't bother me the points it's just that the implant doesn't fully encapsulate the penis.

Oh, I did have surgery to fix the Prince Albert hole which I no longer wore the piercing for many years. Kind of annoying peeing standing up and having that second stream. My Urologist in Canada knew how to sew up the hole properly. He was interested in the implant as it's something he's never seen. I was worried that I would have issues with the anesthetic because of the implant but the anesthesiologist said it would be no problem as they would inject at the base of the penis. So I did get that fixed. The tough part was wearing a Catheter for 8 days while it healed. I was told that urine could infect the area that they fixed.

Here are two pics of me Flaccid lying down. You can see the implant points out. Kinda shows more when I am wearing a swimsuit or at the gym during legs day when I wear tights. It's like a log in my shorts. YOu can tell at the base of my penis the skin color is lighter as that's new skin that's stretched over time from the implant.

Some of my partner. Also the testicular implants. His seem to fill out a lot better in his scortum better than mine. Also Flaccid pics, not Erect. Two years post surgery.

This is great that you and your partner have had no issues. I assume there is no pain near the glans area?

Looks a hell of a lot better than mine with PMMA. At least this implant is more easily removed. I wonder how many people are happy with this implant. This site drilled into my head how disastrous and terrible the outcome would be. Looks like there are some success stories. Those with problems are obviously way more vocal online. Starting to wish I considered this before running straight to PMMA. Water under the bridge now for me. Anyways just wanted to say results look good and natural congrats

No, neither of us had any pain near the glans area. Post surgery it was sensitive on the top end of the shaft where the shaft meets my inner Foreskin as this was the stitch line on top of the penis. When water would fall on it when I showered, I would feel some sensitivity for sure, but never pain.

Honestly, yes, that was a consideration. If worse comes to worse, the penile implant can be surgically removed. Like I said, this is just my story. I read through the PhalloBoards posts before I made this decision, all I can say for now I count myself lucky. I'll keep updating my results every so often along with my partner's.

Thanks, it does look especially good when Erect. I've been with a few other guys who love the thickness and how hard I stay. Even when I'm semi-Erect the implant is hard enough where I can continue fucking. Since I got the implant, more of the guys I've shown my pic to want to bottom for me. So I'm happy to oblige. Lol

There is absolutely no hiding the testicular and penile implant when wearing tights. Today is legs day at the gym!

hi, I'm new on here and startwe looking in to the implant. Reading the messages I've come to understand that it works for some and for some it doesn't. I also can't see the attachments somim bot able to see post op pictures of progress to reference if I dondecide to go the route of surgery.
