TOPIC: Circumcision after round 1

6 months ago had 40cc(!) of Bellafil (20%) inserted into my uncut unit and the doc (he has a practice in the same complex as Dr C) said that I would probably need a second round and that it would be preferable to get circumcised before that.

Some 'before' stats

Erect girth: Just under 5"
Flacid girth : 4"
Erect length : 5.9" Bone pressed & 5.5" Non pressed
Flacid length : 3.5"

Current stats (6/20)

Erect girth : 6.5"
Flacid girth : 5.5"
Erect length : No change
Flacid length : 4.25"

So 3 weeks ago I went to NYC to get cut as I'm planning for another PMMA round to fill in some depressions/unfilled areas etc.

So here is what the flaccid pics look like now. Very Pigs-in-a-blankety!

I'm my option, don't get Circumcised and don't have a second round. If you get "cut" that will start to look pretty weird in my opinion.

Also there is no way you had 40cc of Bellafill.

My opinion is that if you want to get PMMA, you should do it on a Circumcised unit. An non cut one with PMMA looks great while Flaccid, but weird when Erect and the reverse is true with a Circumcised one.

In my case, some of the PMMA had gotten under the Foreskin. While I could still retract it, the skin was pretty thick and the circ doc said it was much tougher to cut through as a result. I could see the white collagen/scar tissue in the pieces of skin he cut out.

I had my doubts of 40cc as well, but the doc insists he did.

That would cost about $20,000. How much did you pay?

You need to find out what is in your penis before planning surgery and certainly before considering a 2nd round. But I assure you you do not have 40cc of Bellafill. Did you have an allergy test beforehand?

Sorry, just re read this. You actually got Circumcised already.

I think it's unwise to get Circumcised if you've going to have PMMA. If ever you need it removed your making things a lot worse for yourself.

No, I didn't get an allergy test, but thankfully I'm ok so far.

I've asked at least three times and the answer is still 40cc. However, this was the time when they still offered to have HA inserted at the same time, so it could have been a PMMA+HA mix to 40cc.

Dispite all the complications that some like smalljay have documented here, there are always new guys who want PMMA regardless. I'm just relaying my opinions and experiences on the subject.

Here is a quick 75% Erect pic I snapped this morning of my morning wood. You can see the non cylinder shape and this is what I want to fix with round two. The last 1" at the base has no PMMA.

I am 6.5" where that bulge is. Under the glans is 5.25"

So how much did you pay for the procedure? From the price we can probably get a good idea of what has actually been injected.

Please don't go back for another round until we've figured out what is going on here.

Paid $3.2k. For this price, it was supposed to be 15cc PMMA and 15cc HA.

I did post in the General Discussion looking for a PS or doc to do it. However, you if had tried to dissuade me, it probably wouldn't have worked as this is something I've always wanted to do, even before I heard of PMMA.

Ok, so there is zero chance you have 15cc of Bellafill. So if you have PMMA it's Metacrill. 15 cc of Bellafill would over $7000.

I think before you do anything else, you need to find a plastic surgeon who will inject you with Hyaluronidase, so the HA can be dissolved. I know you wont want to do that, but you must. We need to know who much permanent tissue is there before you decide what to do next.
