Hey mate, I posted this previously a few weeks ago, it's still relevant (slightly changed) The follow would now apply to any state of the procedure, round 1, 2 etc with the exception of Procedure price, This is how I WOULD have done it if I had my chance again.... The water front, the battleship, rent a car for a day and drive the coast. The ballpark is downtown if your there during that time of year. Plenty of restaurants, bars etc... There is a zoo as well. Not sure what your looking for to do. Your kind of limited in what you can do for a couple days after the procedure. It's not like you can rent a bike and tour the city. I could do 8-9 blocks of walking but I'd swell pretty good after it. Lol, I knew that was going to tug a nerve somewhere, Gaslamp District has fantastic Bars, lounges and places to eat, I wanted to see the U.S.S Midway but didnt make it, it is moored Aircraft carrier with different retired relics of aviation warfare, I would strongly disagree with renting a car, I flirted with the Idea of renting a Camaro as they are cheap (and not sold in AUS) but being in UBERs and TAXIs I couldnt shake the feeling were almost about to have an accident every turn as getting your head around LHD and RHD was difficult, I consider my self well versed in cars I just wasnt game enough to give it a try, San Diego can be quite busy, I consider melbourne city busy but San Diego had more action on the roads. I goto the melbourne Zoo 2-3 times a year with my kids, I had no interest in seeing another Zoo when I could be relaxing and having a beer somewhere with no kids San Diego is a nice place, I would live there if given a choice to live on the west coast, but we are not talking about Living there, we are talking about having your penis filled with foreign materials in MEXICO of all places, Its an expensive investment for the average Aussie, So I would just forgo the trip to San Diego and just stay in TJ. So there you have it: San Diego has plenty to do, I would just skip it because your here for trying to fix you Dick issues.
