TOPIC: First pics after PMMA..need advice

Dear Friends

Had my first round PMMA today..writing from Grand Hotel.

I have attached pics taken today before the procedure and now.

First two images are Flaccid and Erect before the procedure.

Wade intructed me to remove the bandage after an hour which I did. There is still fluid oozing from the holes. I turtle a lot..so I am trying to pull it as much possible holding the glans and try to massage the shaft. I am concerned that when i leaf it go Flaccid its showing as two rings after the glans. Is that normal...please advice.
I will see wade tomorrow morning..is there something I am doing wrong. I can't feel any nodules etc.

Please help..

The Doc decided 10cc of 20% and 2cc of 10%, total 12cc. I am uncircumcised..so I guess they were conservative.

Can someone advice is the massaging in not right...there is no pain. I am just worried about the two big circle bulges on my shaft.

Any advice appreciated.

I am no expert but:
Relax. Even if you don't get everything perfect tonight, Wade will still be able to move the PMMA in the morning. Your Erect picture looked pretty normal for the day of the procedure. You need to keep doing the rolling technique to move the product down your penis. Much of your penis is inside you when not Erect, so you need to remember to move is all of the way down. It will feel like you are pushing is all into your ball sack but you are not.

I had some serious self doubt that night after the procedure and the swelling morphed my penis into something I did not recognize. It will pass with time as long as you keep doing the after care as instructed.
Keep squeezing the entry points as instructed. It is normal for them to weep some. Let them.

I can tell you are not staying on the 10th floor!

That band is where the shaft skin attaches to the shaft. If you pull your Foreskin over your glans and the bulges will even out.

If you can get some surgical tape, you can tape your Foreskin shut and that will prevent it from dropping back.

I also advocate "rolling" your penis between your palms instead of pressing with your fingers.

Nodules (if any) will only form much later.

Are you doing the "thumb-rolling" massage as Wade instructed, starting from the glans down to the shaft? I am Circumcised, so I don't know if the gap between the two swollen areas of the shaft is something that might happen when a person is uncircumcised. However, I believe, regardless of whether one is Circumcised or not, you should do the thumb rolling massage to even out the entire shaft so that you no longer have that gap in the middle.

There are other members that are uncircumcised who've had the procedure done, so I'll defer to their experience and expertise in the matter.

Happy healing, and don't fret too much as you'll be seeing Wade tomorrow morning and he'll get you back in order by going over the motions you need employ when massaging and even"ing" out the entirety of the shaft.

I am doing the thumb rolling. My Foreskin has been pulled back from glans since the procedure happened.

I am trying to stay Erect with 10mg Cialis and some porn..as long as I can stay awake.
I am loving the look and feel of the Erect penis. The ring is the only concern.

I had similar swelling with 1 big ring in the middle and it effected me for months b.c although the swelling went down, the left side of my shaft still stuck out!

This may happen with you as well.You need to also focus on massaging the sides of the shaft too b.c you don't want the product to stick out when the swelling decreases.

Thanks. Woke up with swelling. My glans is now covered in skin..cant pull it out.
I am rolling with both hands and that seems to help little..
Hope things will get better after meeting Wade thin morning.

@Aviator1117: You're going to be fine. Wade will help out. Keep massaging. And always remember that it's a process. Takes time. In the scheme of things it's a very fast process. Congrats my friend.

Wow it's amazing what a small amount of PMMA can do to different penis. I had the same cc's for a touch up procedure and I had no swelling, and I could barely notice a much of difference in Girth upon where it was place. I guess after the first round your body reacts the most severely. I think that you should mentally prepare for another round or two.

I was the same way, my last round had the smallest effect on size of all my procedures and almost no swelling.
