However, since Dr. C only does the Girth, I have to go to two different places and there likely will be a longish wait in between procedures. My question, then, is does it matter which procedure I get first? My inclination is to get the Girth enhancement first because along with enhancing Girth, the PMMA supposedly makes you more of a shower, and I'm unfortunately a Grower. But then I wonder if I get the Girth enhancement first, when I finally get the lengthening, will I have to go back and get more Girth enhancement? Thanks to anyone who reads and responds. I'm extremely excited to get the procedures, but I (of course) want to make the right decisions beforehand. Without lengthening, the good doc will only be able to fill in what you got. At least, that's what I did, but it wasn't planned that way. The lengthening was done way back in 2002 for me, before PMMA really became popular by 2007. I got grafts and ligs cut on the same day and then stretched for a year and a half. By the end of the year and a half I gained 1.25 inches and the graft was to short and there was nothing at the base. It just stopped abruptly. The doctor had to go through by Balls and shave the graft down at the end so it tapered. You can't stay holed up in your apartment 8 hours a day with a weight on your Dick for over a year . When I hung, the grip was one of the only things available and that is all I have used (except the esl40 which is not enough of a pull to use all by itself and see gains imo). My Dick is still at 7.25 - every couple of years I have hung for a bit but really modestly, when I lost interest I sort of lost interest completely. I decided even if I could get .25 inches more out of it I wouldn't care so I stopped. Not sure I wouldn't want that .25 now though, lol. There are a lot of extender reviews on here so if it doesn't work I'd keep researching. I have never heard of that one - but it looks like a lot of similar products. It should be fine, but it hard to tell as the part that pulls your Dick forward is where the issues are. Some feel like they are choking you and some fall off and some are pretty good. I would search the board for people's experiences. Some guy just reviewed one on here that was like that but with a vac attachment to pull your penis and he liked it very much. May have ben the JES extender but don't really recall. There are so many bad ones that the names all get confused after a while. Also, there is pegym, lpsg and thundersplace where these things get reviewed a lot. This looks like the kind that you can wear under your clothes fine though.
