And yes, there is a sample. It's n=1...the most unreliable. That was CHL's point. You are the 1, and you are the one without much objectivity. You can't appeal to some imaginary "subjective normalcy" when what you are doing is not "normal" by any objective medical standard (and 99.9% of aesthetic standards) But, so are a variety of other cosmetic alterations (including pmma to most docs)...so I have no negative judgement about your goals. I just wanted to point that out.

He was actually being nice enough to give you his educated risk assessment, which he didn't have to type. There is no point to post here if you want everyone to keep their posts to themselves that bring up issues you should be aware of. And, I say that as someone who had an open hole on my dick for 2 months. Whether or not you have BDD or OCD is moot. I don't think you have either one, personally. It sounds like pure fetish to me. There are better places to discuss this particular procedure, though. This isn't personal. I say the same thing to guys who ask me about peyronies here... there's a better board for that I tell people about, dedicated to that.

I wouldn't like to transform this into methodological debate but ... well, the thing is that there is no sample because no sampling occured. There is no subset of population that should represent it and serve to infer population's parameters. There is no generalisation of any information from myself to any other people.
That's what I've already pointed out in previous comments - I am very well aware that what I want is several standard deviations above objective average (like the one displayed in tables that often occur on the forum).
What I said is that this is definately not a dismorphophobia because of the lack of significant distortion of self-perception (i.e. I am aware of my objective measurements compared to tables of distribution of sizes in population and don't percieve it as defective), which is otherwise inherent to the construct of body dysmorphic disorder. Very atypical desires and taste with possibly "interesting" (from psychological point of view) causation? Definately ... but not BDD. This reasoning does not bring risk of sampling error for no inferrence is made; just a comparaison of one particular case to previously known data and theory.

Some may call it a fetish, but I don't think it actually is. I like the aesthetics even without the sexual subtext. Yes, there is fetish part in it, but it's but a part of it.
I don't think there are many better places than this. Or should it serve only to those suffering from impressions that their genitals are too small, too below normal? Actually, I don't think so. I have an impression that it's even for people who think they are in the realm of average or above-average, yet want to be even bigger. And that's also my case. Yes, I want something that is objectively extreme and even for me, I percieve it subjectively as extremely above "normalcy" (I mean statistical normalcy).

I don't think that statements about how tissue Necrosis will kick my Balls are very helpful to assess problems. In what different kinds of cases does this happen? How often? How to proceed to lower the risk? What signs to be wary of? That kind of additional info would be really a great educated help. For ex. the remark about adipose tissue is really great!

So, I am very grateful for your text, especially the point about keeping in mind appropriate places to discuss different aspects of the procedure, but I felt the need to clarify what I said previously and make clear that I am very well aware about the difference between my goals and objective average. I don't like seeing the careless and inappropriate usage of problematic labels (like BDD) with possibly profound implications on conceptualisation of the problem.

I should correct you on one thing: The old posts on PMMA were FILLED with accounts of necrosis and side effects from 2010-2011 in various body parts...before many guys here had it done (and my own day-to-day life for 6 months was basically one long fucked up side effect mess that I have posted here). So, if you can't handle reading the potential risks, then you need to evaluate if you are really ready for the procedure. This same statement is said to every single PMMA patient when possible (though not every one listens).

I have been in defensive stance because I saw myself accused of BDD (I know that was not not by you), which has been unfounded. Ascribing mental illness is a severe claim that should always be firmly grounded.
It's not about "academic prowess" or "shooting dow disagreeing people", but I don't stay silent when accused based on things that are obviously false (BDD in spite of insight into abnormality of goals) or simply irrelevant to the matter (sampling bias in this context).

But I am definately here to listen to warnings and tips. Why should one need clasps and cheers for pursuing what one desires? I know that what I want is risky and virtually unknown territory. So any experience and practical remarks are very welcome. Thinking about unpredictable behavior of adipose tissue that might result in Necrosis? That is eye-opening (that fat is causing problems so much) and something to take care of! Hearing about things like that is absolutely crucial! And believe me or not, I am more than grateful for such remarks.
Such information have a value of my health for me.

Thank you for the links, I didn't know about the second one. It's not a technique I would be into in particular but I think it could be useful to undergo it several times to stretch and strenghten the genital skin tissue.

You know, I like to hear "horror stories" to have chance to be prepared for the worst case scenarios, but hearing things like "you have BDD, enjoy Necrosis" (not that anyone in particular said these words) are really useless and don't bring anything.

It's not really though is it? You have to be pretty uptight (severe claim?) to think that, particularly in this context. This is an internet PE forum, not a court of law. You don't need to take things like that so seriously.

Really? You found someone else who is attempting to go this big? I find that very interesting. I mean, I am sure there is a market for it. Elist has a market for his implants. These are those on a very large scale.

For what it is worth I don't think it is a mental disorder either - from what I gather you are going for an artificial look, for it to be a mental disorder it would be more likely that the person who wanted giant Balls thought that it looked natural and could not distinguish between normal and enormous.
I have seen lots of people with extreme body modifications and the fact that their body is modified is part of the thrill. I would just second the health concerns. I have seen Balls that big from saline injections but never from implants. (I don't know the health issues around saline.)
It is probably more complicated than huge breast enlargements because of the anatomy involved and you may have to work on your sack to get it big enough to hold those - I would start with saline if this is something you want to try, but like I said I don't know if saline is even safe although many people do it. There are lots of yahoo groups for saline that you might want to look into. At least there were, I had several friends who belonged to them.

As some have been giving you different links to other forums I think that is a "light nudge" telling you to take your questions over there because your not going to get the info you need from this forum. No one here is interested in your procedure therefore no one will be researching the questions you have for you, vs people putting there heads together here to research Girth and length procedures. Again, this isn't a legal setting, it's an internet forum. You don't get "accused" of having BDD. An accusation is made when someone has done something wrong. Having BDD isn't a crime or morally wrong or a lie! If someone thinks you have BDD they aren't accusing you of anything and it's not a severe claim. Lighten up, it's not a big deal.
