Just continue following post-op instructions and keep in touch with Wade & company. My penis was never pretty just after a procedure and I'm fortunate to have a mostly natural-looking unit. I would have been doing that from the moment I saw swelling in the Foreskin area. I just don't see why you wouldn't want to compress the area as much as possible. We've seen PMMA doesn't settle well when the skin isn't compliant, so I'd be trying to make the skin uncompliant.
