My first round was in 2013 and the second in 2014. So far, it has been uneventful. I have noticed a small entry Nodule has either become infected or it is just agitated. I had small Nodule which looked like a whitehead. I squeezed it several times but nothing came out of it. Recently, it started to weep clear fluid when I squeezed it. Now, it looks like it may have become infected. Has anyone had this? I am tempted to just leave it and not do anything. I may need a round of antibiotics if it gets worse. Keep it clean, the clear fluid was just Lymph fluid (WBC), its part of your body's natural reaction to broken skin. If the fluid smells, then bacteria thats part of your natural flora (Staph aureus or epidermidis) has now infected your wound. If you stop off at urgent care they'll prescribe a broad spectrum antibiotic. In the meantime, keep it clean, apply a light application of 91% isopropanol alcohol. You can apply New Skin, its a cheap OTC antiseptic. In the meantime avoid breaking your nodules, and address the issue with the attending Urgent care Clinician or Casavantes.
