And can you clarify "microdroplet" ?? Are you actually saying he uses the microdroplet technique recommended for products like Silikon 1000? Holy, how many injections and hours would that have taken to give you such a big result? Or is the doctor just using that term so that no one catches on to the fact that he's pumping high volume of silicone into your penis. Is he still hiding his "ingredients?" I mean I know members here are keen on seeing batch numbers and such, would Dr. Loria also offer the same service?

Re: Sylvester
11 years 8 months ago #1285223659As far a microdroplet technique, I think it just means he injects it slowly from the syringe. Clearly I had a large amount of the mixture injected after each of my two procedures (they were 5 weeks apart and each session took roughly 90min). I don't know the number of CC's but it was definitely not a micro quantity.
I also think it is a good idea to be fully transparent about he ingredients and include the batch number ect. But Dr L does not provide this. For this reason I am hesitant to recommend him to others.
If there are any other Dr Loria patients reading this thread please feel free to add info about your experience.

He not only refuses to share with you what he's actually injecting inside of you but he might be using non-licensed product in the U.S.? I doubt this altogether, but maybe an investigation should be underway? Is he aware of the ramifications?
So then it isn't "micro-droplet." He's just using it so that if you were to do your research, you'll think he's using silicone as instructed, which he's not.
And lastly, did you happen to have a before & after comparison? Just as a point of reference to see how much was augmented. Nearly two inches of Girth gain, yet so proportional with your glans, you must have had an unusually thin shaft before the procedure, no? And do you always have a curve, or it varies? One Erect shot seems very straight, the other one curves, almost like two different penises. I don't know, just observations, you'll have to pardon me, Dr. Loria has used shills & fake accounts in the past.

On the first photo I can't see any filler. On the third I can see some areas that suggest some work has been done. But there is no way the 3rd photo is 2" bigger in Girth than the first, so it's confusing. The circ scar is puffy on the 3rd and you can see some undulations, which suggest a filler product. But the first photo is perfectly smooth and the skin complexion is different.

I've seen photos of shafts with undulations stemming from veins very much like the ones in this (3rd) photo... so while it could be suggestive of work, it could also very well be suggestive of an untouched penis. Hopefully Sylvester will clear it up.

Now we have shots of the underside of your penis, that doesn't give us much to compare to the original shots you provided us, minus the single undershot you gave us which has a submarine effect (a shape lacking in your current shots). Again, pardon me if I'm coming off as overly skeptical but if I had not read this thread and saw your penis photos, I would have never believed it was enhanced from an original 4.2" Girth. No amount of skill can offset a major change in proportion.
That said, maybe some more "over-top" pictures can help clear this up. Again, you are going to have to pardon the skepticism but we've dealt with this kind of thing in the past. I hope you have our understanding (I'm sure you've read previous Dr. L threads and know what's up).
Men are impressionable here, and a handful of doctors have tried to exploit that in the past, including Dr. L and his initial use of bogus photos (yup, that happened). So for current & new readers wondering why all the questioning, read up first.
