TOPIC: Uptown's Quest

Hello all,

Show time is tomorrow at 2pm November 18th and I'm nervous but I want this. I won't bore you with a list of life's issues and or unfortunate events. Bottom line I want a bigger Dick and I don't want to be average! I've never been told I'm small, I give women and men "I'm bisexual" pleasure with ease, and I'm long winded so I never finish too soon or before my partner. But I still want a bigger Dick! As I've mentioned in a previous post, I've read almost every post on the site and have researched PMMA like crazy. So I'm focused on 10% with a high volume but I'll let the Dr and Wade take the lead and guide me. Function and aesthetics are king but I want to be as large as possible with two solid rounds and one touch up, I'm hoping to gain an Inch. Granted I am a medical professional with some insight but this territory is new for me and I won't step out of my expertise. Sorry for the dry skin guys I'm currently grooming the area for a good show.

My goal is 7 x 6, so I'm in the gym and dieting to drop 20lbs in hopes of achieving this 7 Inch length by decreasing my overall body fat which includes pubic fat pad area. And why I want to be bigger? Hell, I'm a New Yorker and everything must be bigger except your gut . But honestly, I have a large sexual appetite and I feel like I'm not able to compete as I should with my much larger buddies. I have everything else... great personality, income, well traveled, good body and people are attracted to me, as I've never been turned down. But I want to make mouths water and eyes pop at my package and body. I'm surrounded by a number of well endowed males with worked out bodies and big members and I've seen the reaction they get when they drop trou. I frequent sex clubs, nude beaches and have several gangbang buddies who are much larger than me. I feel the need to compete or at least catch up some how. Granted, some of these guys can't make the females cum because its too "large" painful to them and I come in with decent size and drain the women cause I'm an energizer bunny. But that still doesn't erase my desire for a larger penis. It's hard to be at a sex party and all of your mates have 8 inches and better... LOL I'm the black guy with a smallest Dick but my Russian and Italian buddies walk in cocked and loaded. Granted I can "out screw" them but I still want the reaction they get or better. May sound silly but I'm being honest.

Be prepared for it not to look perfect and if you around other males that have seen loads of dicks they might know something is fake about yours. Take a look at my after pictures from my first round and see how it can turn out if you're unlucky. Granted I have had two more procedures to help fix it but it's still not right and looks awkward and not completely real. I can understand your pain though. Being black and with the stereotypes people expect that you will big or huge, so even when you're average, it will come off as small to others because of their expectations. Anyways good luck, but just keep in mind that it doesn't always turn out how we imagine in our minds.

I think you can remove part of the "unlucky" side of things, by opting for a smaller amount. Stick with 10%, but don't ask for high volume. In my opinion there should be very few poor results with this procedure, but the patients themselves have to start take responsibility. By now it should be pretty clear Dr C will do pretty much whatever a patient asks, so just treat him as a tool in the process. The large part of the responsibility has to be with the patient and with that in mind, don't take unnecessary risks. If everyone accepted from the outset that it will probably take 2 or 3 injections to get things right, goals have to be reasonable (around an Inch total) and that smaller amounts per injection are going to dramatically reduce the chances of aesthetic issues, then I bet we'd see a massively higher satisfaction rate than we currently are. In my opinion the quality of PMMA or the injectors themselves isn't what is causing the problems, as much as the demands and expectations of patients.

I think we need to get the PMMA procedure back on track and to do that the goals and objectives should in my opinion to have results one would expect from a good outcome with the other surgical PE options. If one were to gain an Inch of aesthetic Girth for less than $10,000 with the options available in the US and western Europe, it would be considered a huge triumph. Yet with PMMA people seem desperate to get all they can for $2500 and often end up disappointed when they don't like the look and have to go back more times. If a year after Belladerm surgery, you are sitting on a 3/4" gain, it should be considered a massive success, only to get there you've have had a risky surgery and go through an arduous recovery period. The same can be achieved with a sensible approach to PMMA, but without having down time or the risk of surgery.

A 1.75" gain isn't realistic with the other surgical options and by making it a goal with PMMA, in my opinion sets you up for disappointment.

Both of you give sound advice and I'm taking it under consideration of course. Jimmy, I have viewed your postings before and you've been through a lot and I'm happy to see you doing better than before. Granted I know it took at while but I hope your current results are better than the pics I've seen. And Hoodle, my plan is to get 10% as I'm trying to reduce my chances of nodules and lumps as I've seen in some of the guys postings. I would like to get a 0.5 increase from this round and I understand that I will need to have a few more to get the full Inch if I'm lucky. As I've stated, function and aesthetics are king because without those it's all useless. Having a monster that you can't use or that people are suspicious of is a waste.

And I'm still nervous as hell.. I slept maybe 2 hours last night and I've been either driving around or reading to keep me psyched. Man I hope I'm making an informed decision, it's my Dick...

It's done.... wow my nerves were everywhere but Wade, Mel and Dr. C calmed me down with the help of Ativan. Wade and Dr. C sat down with me and spoke of goals and limitations for a long time before the procedure began. I received 20cc of 30% and 5cc of 10% for a total of 25cc, as the Dr. C thought that was best for my size and penis shape. It took over 2hrs and I am sure I made the best decision to come too these guys as they are top notch. I'm back in my hotel and busy looking to order room service before I begin the massaging. I bought one, 100mg of Viagra as Wade instructed and have my antibiotics already. I'll see them tomorrow for my follow up appt.

8 hrs after procedure with minimum swelling... it gets waay worse at at the 17th hour mark.


Then 17hrs.... the swelling around the glands is amazing with no pain felt. I have no lumps, bumps or ridges and its thick and heavy. Now the work begins...

I took Dr C's advice and got a 30/10 mixture similar to yours and am very happy with my outcome. Aftercare is key. Palpate frequently and prevent Turtling as much as possible for a good Flaccid hang. Best of luck!

I've seen your postings and yr results look great! If things stay close to where they are in terms of thickness I'll be very happy. I cannot put my hand completely around it and it hangs nicely already. Granted I know its swollen and things will decreases but Dr. C told me that most guys see the largest Girth with the first round. I emphasized how important aesthetics were to me and that I didn't want that sacrificed for size. I'm not interested in having a monster Cock because for my body size it just wouldn't like right or real. Dr. C also told me that once you step near the 1 Inch Girth it starts to feel unreal. So I actually opted for only 10% but once they examined me they suggested a mixture of 10/30%.

I finished my follow up appointment at 12 and Wade was amazing. I had so much swelling around my Circumcision scare that he we felt the need to compress and push the fluids out. He did an amazing job and it looks so much better and I could not feel the product as the swelling was preventing that. They also gave me a cortisone shot, Motrin 600 and they gave me the silicone sleeve to wear during my return flight tonight. Amazing service and it looks good so far but I know this is in the early stages.

I'm back home and the swelling on the penis has gone done somewhat with some remaining around the Circumcision area and behind the glands. But now I have fluid in my testicle sack which Wade saw yesterday but says it will relieve itself. I have no lumps, pumps or ridges as of yet and my penis is thick and uniform with no pain. I actually like how it hangs and feels but I can't wait for all of the swelling to go away. I've done some massaging but I do not want to go overboard causing more inflammation and swelling, so I might stop all massaging on post op day 3 which is tomorrow unless I find a lump or ridge. I have been using the sleeve on and off during the day to help with compression and uniformity, it seems to help with the evenness of the shaft. I've placed myself on a regimen to help quicken my recovery and prevent complications and it is as follows. Arnica 4 tabs daily one every 6 hrs, Aloe Vera gel for the penis and testicles ever 4 hrs, Vitamin C 1000mg 1tab daily,for Collagen growth, Python Extra 2 tabs daily to increase blood flow, Mega men one daily vitamin, Cipro 1 tab 500mg antibiotic, ice backs every 4 hrs for 15min but not directly on skin.Here are some pics.. The really swollen pic (gland an penis) is from post op day 1 before I saw Wade and we did some wrapping and compression tricks. The rest are at home on post op day 2. If you have any suggestions on how to reduce swelling faster, please feel free to let me know.

That is very swollen, keep an eye on it but from other people's similar experience it seems it should subside.

Today is post op day 3 and things are looking hella good as the swelling around the circ and ball sack have gone down dramatically in the last 24hrs. As of today, I have gained a little more than an Inch in Flaccid state down the entire shaft but around the circ area it is a little less. I'll try and take pics of the measurement but I find it hard keeping a hard on, holding tape and taking a pic simultaneously. When hard I'm a big boy and very happy as I'm thick down my entire shaft with no irregularities as of yet; granted it's still early in the game but I pray it all remains how it is now. I may be able to reach my goal of 7x6 Erect with one treatment and the gym including my fat loss, if lucky! If I can pull that off, I'm going to start Hanging when everything is settled to secure more length, an 8x6 would be a dream. I've been eating well on a low sodium diet to help remove swelling and fluids. Also I'm eating foods that promote fluid loss like coffee, green veggies, lemons, watermelon, and cucumbers which I know has helped push the fluid out cause I'm peeing like crazy. But I'm replacing it to stay hydrated!!!
