You'll be fine! I'm 9 days post op and I have a full Inch with no aesthetic issues so far. Your post op plan is key and it must be followed. All of the staff is amazing especially Wade, let him show you how to massage and care for your newly improved and larger member. Also, check out what I've done regarding post op maybe it will help you.

Guys have still been posting good results here and there... not all posts go that far out though. The trend, in the past, was just more consistent - even over time.

I'm flying out soon. Would rather have a trunk, but I'll take a branch over a twig.

It was all grand even 4 weeks post op for me - solid gains and very uniform - perfect aesthetics results. Gain reductions and aesthetics issues only came after 5-6 weeks.

Another point - I saw a question (but no answer) I think in this thread on a PMMA price in quantities where it is injected under a skin in arms, bottoms, face etc. The assumption is that they would need much more of the stuff to fill these body parts. If it is the same stuff, is the price the same too? I just think if they should pump up a saggy bottom, they would need more than a few ml/cc's. Does anybody know?

I think they use 200-400 ccs in a butt. It depends how much you need, and it's just gonna be 30% for that . I talked to a girl in the waiting room who was getting her butt done, and I think she said 300 or something, and it was her 2nd trip.

From metacrill website it is $400 for 10cc, so 300cc at cheapest would be $12 000 and that doesn't include hospital cost, profit. This is why I have warned countless girls who think they are having real PMMA injected in them,1000cc - 500cc for $2000 - $1000, the maths doesn't add up, it either sillicone doctors are using or cheap PMMA from china if they are lucky.

But Dr C is more trust worthy before people think it's a personal attack. Thought he charges around $65000 for I think 300cc, i don't know if that's per cheek

All PMMA comes from China. The solution is produced in Brazilian, Dutch or American labs, but the PMMA itself comes from China.

Thanks for the info hoddle didn't know that, so it is possible to have large volumes of PMMA for cheap prices? I read that cause when PMMA is injected deep areas like the butt, the bigger - unrefined ( don't know the term for it ) will have less of a reaction e.g lumps. So basically someone bought PMMA and mixed themselves. Hmmmm

Well, that may eplain the cost. The hardest thing is to make the PMMA beeds small, round and without many, if any sharp, edges and china can do that for a lot less than other counrtries. BUT, Quality control may be iffy at times. May be that explains the lack of gains lately? I do not know. The carrier may not be as expensive to manufacutre in other countries and hence we can have a session with Dr c for $2500 or so.

I think the quality control may happen in the labs that produce the final product. I could be wrong, but I think the buy the beads from China (I know that is true as I got it from Prof Lemperle) and then use some kind of filter in the labs to ensure they have the right size and shape beads to add the carrier.

The price on the website isn't what the doctors pay. various prices have been posted here from time to time & they get it from metacrill for much less.

I had R1 done in 2012 and debating to go for R2. How much have the prices inflated?

Hi, new to the forum.. I've decided the PMMA option with Dr C after reading many positive past experiences from people. And surprisingly when I contacted the Clinic, the first thing they advised me was to check out this forum (hmm another Conspiracy theory?)

However, after reading this tread I am seriously thinking about cancelling my dream of having a larger one. I haven't deposited the $250 yet. I really do not want to inject foreign material into my penis for life with no long term studies done just for a .25 even .50 gain, plus the chances of deformity or forming granules..

So what's the news with this "low gains" issue? Can somebody update the tread with the latest developments/solutions made if any? Is Metacrill still a questionable option? ..or is it really the Clinic's greed or the patient's lack of aftercare?
