Yea - things really change pretty far out...same thing happened with me. Numbers were allover the place until 10-12 weeks. I saw the slight density at 3 weeks mid-shaft in your pics, and it seems like that just grew. In some of your pics it is not noticeable at all, though. Did Dr. N have anything to say about it? I wonder if you just add some PMMA above and below the raised area, it will look smoother. That's what wade said he does for people on round 2 often. Its not uncommon to have a depression or raised area. I had a bad depression on the left 2 days Post and they filled it in with 2 ccs and now it's all smooth (still smooth at 2 weeks post). There's pics in my progress report.

Hi Hoddle, I cant say i know what Phimosis is, but ive just pulled it back, just about.

i was reluctant to, because my Foreskin is quite tight, and when retracted it squeezes my unit. im woondering if that the reason i had very little PMMA past the mid section bulge.so i've just wanted to wait a little bit.

however, i've just got a boner and pulled it back. it just about gets there. things are still pretty swollen, and its already looking like once again ive got more down the right side than the left, but im loving the size.

now please do enlighten me on Phimosis, im guessing its an innability to retract the Foreskin.

well, yes, that was of course a concern, but it felt like i'd be disturbing stuff too much to pull it back straight away, so ive waited a little. i'll keep on top of it, thanks for the heads up though

oh and one thing i forgot to mention. one of the syringes popped off the canula and spilled stuff out, that was after half of it was injected, so it was replaced. think i got a free cc or 2.

I'm now 5 days post round 2.

All bruising has totally subsided now which is good, but i am getting some itchy, niggly, mild burning going on. i'm not in the least concerned about it yet, it's bound to take time for things to settle, but after round one i didnt have anywhere near as much discomfort or swelling. also like last time, i have some groin/lig pain, last time this continued for around 2 weeks i think, so again, not bothered.

basically recovery is tougher this time, but results so far have been better too. im worried that as things settle, aesthetics will get worse. we'll see

my results this time around have been much better, she managed to get more PMMA right at the end giving me a more uniform shape. the downside to this is that when Flaccid i cant get my Foreskin back without a lot of screwing around and it wont stay there on its own. when Erect though it goes back fairly easily and juuuuuuust about stays there. this is an improvement from immediately post op where it was quite difficult to get it back. i suspect that as things continue to settle it'll get easier.

dissappointinly, i once again feel like i have hardly any PMMA down my right side. i made a point of watching how much she put there and i was satisfied that enough had been done. im wondering if my natural curve to the left and tighness on that side is forcing the PMMA out of that side.

my stats at the mo are 5.5 below the glands, 6 mid and 6 annd a smidge at base.. on the downside, i think i've lost some length the longest i ever measured bone pressed was just approaching 7, right now i'm at about 6.25 or there abouts, nbpel is bang on 6, after things have settled down, im going to look at some stretching.

I forgot to mention, today i'm starting work on the rest of my body. i'd been reading up about low testosterone and whilst getting some testosterone replacemnt therapy or fancy T boosting pills is quite tempting, I think a more holisitc approach all rond will serve me better, as you can see from my pics im all squishy and fat. this is going to be a lot harder than flying to prague.

my plan starting tomorrow is as follows

thrity minute run before work
go to work, drink just water, ive prepared three small meals of chicken and veggies, and i'll have some complex carbs for breafast, after work im off to the gym for 30 mins cardio followed by isolated weights, tomorrow will be arms and shoulders. finishing with a quick swim to stretch it out.

i'll keep you posted on my progress and what effect (if any) it has on my junk/sex life

yes, english in my only language, i learned to say please, thank you and hello in Czech, but that was about it. Dr N's english isnt the best, but we always make ourselves understood. as for travelling, it wasnt a problem, i wrote the clinic address on a piece of paper, and asked the clinic staff to call me a return cab.

hey Resto, i didnt see this reply, yes it was that early uneveness that grew, i guess as collgen built. and like you say, she's evened it out nicely by adding more PMMA around it. i just hope it stays nice.

Admittedly I haven't read all of your thread but I see some similarities with my situation in the bits that I have. I travelled from the UK to San Diego. I think my first session was 2.5 or maybe even 3 years ago now. I've had 3 sessions in total and I'm going for my fourth in September.

I had a Circumcision as after my second session even though I could still retract the Foreskin, the Foreskin just didn't look natural any more. It looked permanently swollen as if I'd been pumping or something. Admittedly the shaft does still look like that now years later so I know in my Flaccid state it's easy to see I've done something to my Cock. As a gay man it's even more obvious as people will compare it to their own. One person asked me outright what I'd done to my Cock as it looked 'different' (he'd never seen my Cock before PMMA by the way so it wasn't a before and after type comment). I've also had somebody comment that it looks swollen (in a 'is everything ok' way).

Do I regret having had PMMA? Yes sometimes I do. If I could go back to the start would I have it done again? Probably not, although that depends on when you ask me. Sometimes I think if I could do it again I'd have had less injected on my second session (I'm really sorry but i cant remember concentration, quantities etc now as was a long time ago) as maybe it could have looked more natural now if I did.

By all means I think it's totally up to the individual as to if they have it, but it is important to have realistic expectations. As this board is often people straight after the op excited about how much bigger they look, I think it gives a bit of a false impression that may make people choose PMMA without having all of the facts.
