Hello everyone. I have been reading about PMMA on this site for a while now and I am about to have my first PMMA injection from Dr. C on Thursday. I Both my wifey and I are both nervous and excited. They said they would use the 30%. Any advice pre-op, peri-op and post-op will be much appreciated. I am taking a lot of vitamin C to help collagen buildup, not masturbating for week prior to procedure to keep Flaccid length longer(i can retract a lot), and eating healthy. I am doing this because I am a big guy, 6'6 240lbs, athletic look and I just want my junk to match the size of my body. My stats are:
EL-6.5-7.0
MSEG-5.5
MSEBG-5.75
Glands Erect Girth-5.25
FG-About 4.5 - 5.0
FL- 3.0- 4.0

My biggest concern is aethetic. I love the results of some members such as 8x7, sizemic, big john, and blitz. I hope to have great results as they did. Any advice would help a lot. Wade has been great to talk to, always reassuring. I would like to thank everyone who put their experiences with PMMA and Dr. C to help me and others make an informed decision about this procedure.

With your stats, you are big and may be you should consider not doing it but I understand. Aesthetics will need a few rounds. Good Luck.

Thanks man I appreciate the advice. I wont lie that I am very nervous about it and thought of just chickening out. I mean if the worst case scenario happened and my junk got all jacked up i would be crushed.

Wish the best to you, I am almost the same stats as you and I backed out. I believe there is enough history with PMMA that you could not call it irresponsible to go ahead with and a very good chance everything will be fine. I backed out because I was making way to big of a deal out of my Dick. Not because of the risks. ( hopefully you are well aware of them) Good luck!

Drinking orange juice you will have better results as the vitamin C is more biological available. I in the past had a wound and taking high vitamin C didn't help, until I read about drinking orange "concentrate" the wound began to heal within days. And no need to stop masturbating before surgery, it brings fresh blood and oxygen to the penis.

Well guys it is the day after my surgery. I am really happy with the results so fay. Wade and the doctor were great and friendly people. I didn't take that many pictures and it was still to sore to get hard but my fg is now 6.0 sick. It is very semetrical. They said my I had great skin tissue and that u was an excellent candidate. I am using the sleeve and the stretcher. Most if my pain is where the tendon is. That holds the penis up. Painful to tuxh and very hard to massage area. But wade said that Is very normal with some people so I hope it will go away soon. I'm massaging every for hours. When I get back home I'll post pictures.

Yeah the tendon pain is annoying for a week or two - but it'll go away. Don't force things - like sex or masturbation - cuz it'll all be fine - and I think that will make the healing slower. Massage the base as well as you can - if it hurts - it's not unusual. When wade massaged the product on me, it hurt like a bitch but it didn't damage anything. It saved it from being lumpy. So, try to get to out any possible lumps or areas that might feel too dense...and in a few weeks you'll forget you had tendon pain hopefully (I did. The the itching sets in...lol)

You can take some advil too for the inflammation / pain. I don't think an anti-inflammatory is going to effect the collagen / immune response...many have taken it on here.

Day 3 - Thanks for the advice guys. I am on my way back home. I did not have a laptop or computer access when I was there but I'll post pictures as soon as I can i still have some bruising, I am having to massage those dense areas more aggressively to get them to go down to my body that had to do on day one. I am still taking ibuprofen for the pain. Swelling it down significantly. The tension pain is still pretty bad but you no what they say, no pain no gain. It is very symmetrical which I am so happy about. It only gets wield looking when I don't have the sleeve on and it has been Hanging own for a bit. My skin under the glands try to turtle my glans but after massaging it goes back to normal. I guess that is just gravity pushing the liquid and beads downwards. Do you guys happen to know how soon the squishy feeling goes away and feels more like a solid Cock? I had like 1 solid Erection but it was still squishy. We'll anyway so far so good. Another thing is that my scrotum sweets quite a but when I have the sleeve on, I woke up in the morning and I was like oh shit lol.

By week 3, the squishy feeling was pretty much gone gone - just a little under the glans on the underside. Everyone's a little different and you had 30, not 10 like me...so it might be faster for you. That's just your own early inflammation and the carrier gel...it won't be going on for very long.

Yeah, it will get weird looking and then you can massage it out - mine looked like beef jerky on day 3 and i was freaked out a bit... but it's fine now. The pics are in my journal thread. I have two lumps (1 month post) but they weren't really massage related....i don't think... the circ scar seems to do weird things with PMMA for many guys (so try to be aggressive massaging there if you can), and my lower right Nodule is just something that appeared on day 10 - no idea how that got there.

I didn't have swelling in my scrotum but other guys did. It'll all stop in a week or so. Day 3 is typically the peak swelling for an ordinary injury... the Girth procedure takes a while to heal fully. Day 3 is really early.

Thanks restoration. I have been using the piece of the stretcher that attaches to the glans(not under the glans) and then using the sleeve to go over it and my shaft. It feels like a mini weight that gives enough stretch to stop myself from retracting. I have not used the whole stretcher yet, I wonder if I have it on while I am building scar tissue will help give me more or a permanent Flaccid length gain. Right now the tendon is still too tender to use the stretcher yet. I am taking the ibuprofen 1 hour before massaging as well, it helps with the pain somewhat. I was able to get hard today and cum with some pain, really needed that. Felt like I was getting blue Balls lol.

Day 4
Her are some pics fellas I have day 1(3 pics), day 2(1 pic), and day 3(1 pic). I didn't take a measurement picture but it is 6 inches around while Flaccid and about 6.5 hard.

As for today it is still sore, swelling down significantly, some minor bruising left, still very symmetrical. The dense areas are getting tougher to massage out but still able to with aggressive massaging. I still take ibuprofen an hour before I massage for pain. I am juicing with many different vegetables, taking my body building supplements such as amino acids and protein powder, multivitamins, vitamin C, skin supplements, and eating pretty much lean meat and veggies/fruits. I am still massaging every for hours or so, and use the sleeve and stretcher head attachment all day, at night i take it off while I sleep but i do put a sock around my junk and Balls to keep it warm and to keep Flaccid length longer. I am using the aloe vera gel while i massage since I am out of the antiseptic gel. I been walking regularly through out the day. For the swelling of the scrotum I think it is because of the sleeve that I wear all day. At night i elevate my scrotum with everything off and when I wake up it is back to normal.

Anyway that is all I have to report, I am waiting for wade to email me the immediate post op pic that he took in the office. When I get it ill post it.

Do you guys massage when you are hard? I feel more of the dense spots when I am hard but unsure if I should massage it out while I am hard. I am just doing it when I am Flaccid.
